A shame the buffet was only open on certain days so we couldn’t try it, and the pool bar was shut most days.

The hotel was perfect. Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have shuttle rides available to the center and Vatican City everyday, leaving at different times and also bringing you back to the hotel. For 5 euros per person. This was perfect and easy. Also they give you the option to skip the room cleaning and in return they give you a voucher of 15 euro to use in the bar/restaurant or for the shuttle bus. Really nice! The room was beautiful, bed very big and comfortable

Good distance from downtown Rome if you have a car. Free parking and breakfast buffet was nice. Breakfast was a huge spread. Didn't enjoy the pool but would stay here again for easy access to airport and the main city of having a short stay in Rome again, especially if having an early flight out next morning.

The hotel was beautiful and even though you are about 20 mins out of Rome the hotel shuttle you can book is very efficient. We had a lovely young driver in the hotel shuttle bus who talked the whole time and was so lovely. The 2 times we needed to be in the centre early we booked at taxi which arrived within minutes. The breakfast was great and has everything you need. We ate in the restaurant one night which was really nice but a little expensive for a family of 5. The hotel, pool and gym were very clean and you had a choice each day if you wanted your room cleaned or not. If you didn't they give you a 10 Euro voucher each day to use in the bar which we enjoyed using. A great idea. They were even filming an Italian film in the hotel whilst we were there which was cool to watch. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend x

Loved, loved, loved this hotel! Staff were helpful and friendly! Rooms where great. Clean and spacious! Buffet breakfast was amazing and set us up for a day of sightseeing! Not far from the City centre! The pool was a welcome relief everyday, after all that sightseeing in the intense heat!

Not many loungers are available at the pool. Lot of towels left on the loungers with no one there.

Outdoor Pool is to small for the hotel capaciti and there is not enough sunbeds. Nobody is keeping order by the pool, children were jumping,screaming that is the only minus beside that pool is really beautifull

Hotel is beautifull, We had a junior suite it was great,spatious. This is great hotel for those who are coming to Rome by car. Parking is free. Breakfast was great.

Hmm... nothing really. Our hotel room though (this time) was towards the very end of the corridor from the elevators - quite a bit of a walk. I though, should have requested this upfront and I am sure they would have adjusted.

The hotel has been a "staycation" get-away for my daughter and me over the last 3 years and we keep coming back mainly because they have an excellent staff. The food courts that offer international cuisines from several countries where kids below 140 cm (I think - not based on age) eat free is a great deal too. The restaurants and their servers are very accommodating and kind - they helped us with some great menu options for my 5-year old.

Swimming area quite small and bad issues with wasps a lot of people were being stung. There should be signs up to warn people or find a solution to stop them sugar traps etc

The shower was clogged and we complained but they forgot to attend to it but other than that, it was a really nice experience.

It was really good. The property is nicely tucked in a residential neighborhood. Staff were helpful, we even got an upgrade as our room was not ready when we go there and this was is in addition to early check in we received.

The swimming pool was small and always busy, I tried every day to find spot but it was always busy with not enough shares.

Very clean, the room was spacious, the staff was so welcoming and supportive, specially Noemi in the front desk, she did a great job during the check in and she was so supportive and cooperative.

Just the last night we were there the ceiling from the cupboard area of my sons’ room started leaking! That was the only downside.Also there weren’t many options for vegetarians or vegans at the breakfast buffet.

The location was ideal for us not too in the city center and just outside with an outdoor pool. The reception staff were very professional and helpful especially Anna! The whole hotel was very well managed and the breakfast was good.The cleaning team were very fast in their service.
