Pretty decent room, very close to the central station, the metro... if you're not a picky person it's a pretty good place to come here!

hotel was on the 4th floor with old and small elevator. the property and room didn't feel super clean overall. water pressure was low and it was almost impossible to set the temperature right which resulted in a 30 second shower that took 5 minutes to prepare.

location, good value, they let us stash our luggage a few hours prior to check-in. Our room got upgraded to private bathroom which was a nice bonus.

Honestly, the hotel was disappointing. The area around it feels unsafe, and I never felt comfortable walking there, even though I booked it for the convenience of being close to the main station. Every time I returned, I felt unsecured, which definitely affected my stay. The staff was very kind and attentive, but the facilities need serious improvement. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to climb four floors of stairs daily, which was exhausting after long days of sightseeing. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan, so it was very hot at night. Keeping the window open brought in mosquitoes, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom also didn’t feel clean, and overall the hotel looked very old and poorly maintained. In the end, despite the good service, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you have a slightly higher budget or can find another option, it’s worth looking elsewhere for a safer and more comfortable experience.

The shower adjustment for hot and cold water was not ok. It is quite warm in the room on a hot summer day and you have to open the window at night and a lot of mosquitoes come in.

No air condtition! Hot weather is not uncommon in Milano so we don't understand why people don't have them....Fan did help, but sleeping in such a hot room will be something to laugh about in the future!

Everything was great! Especially the staff! The lift was charming and so funny! There is a tram station just a few seconds away and a lot of places around to have coffee in the morning.

I think only the water heater which was shared by the multiple rooms and it gets cold and hot and was difficult to take shower.

It was ok, had the elevator and not too far from the train station and staff was good understandable. overall i think it was good place to stay for few days.

The building is quite old with a very small lift that can carry only 2 people at a time. The tap in the toilet broke off when used. The streets near by were shabby

The location was quite close to the Republics metro station. It had some good restaurants near by. The staff at the reception was cordial. We could leave our bags before the check in time.

Worth for the price in Milan. Bus stop just across the hotel to city center, 10-15mins by walk to central station.

Staff were very friendly! Good size room with two single beds. Beds on the firm side and ear plugs needed for the sound sensitive sleeper.

It was not very clean, in small parts of the room. It wasn't a great looking bath/room, but for its price it was decent.
