One step to historical centre cca 20 min., or to Michelangelo plazza... also good bus connection there. Recepcionist with cat has helpfully. Parking place. Good breakfast in thd garden. Room together with bathroom was only standard but well furnished and oversized to opp. another hotels... They must get 3 stars...

No matter how cheap a room is compared to other hotels some things just can’t be like they are now: Toilet seat was moving and was wrong adjusted Flushing the toilet is quite a diffcult process There was only one connector in the room and it was next to the door.

Breakfast was continental. It would have been good to be able to get a full breakfast or different. Could have had open bar witch they use to have.

Location was great. 20 minutes walk from center. High ceilings with big Windows and good shutters. It had balcony and a bathroom was huge. It was clean. Breakfast server was good and attentive. I like that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for half a day. 24 reception, it felt secure. It's more like a 3 star hotel instead of 2 star

Lack of elevator

Great staff!!! Makes the difference. Kudos to Matteo! The place is great, I missed an elevator because we had big luggages and a 70 years old granny. Breakfast is nice.

A little distant from centre and directions for bus routes and stops not indicated and this would have been helpful as would have directions to very local eateries and shops.

Good breakfast, close enough to old centre, felt safe and secure, could ask staff anything, very comfortable toom and bathroom, great tv and wifi.

The decor/wall paintings were lovely. Outdoor dining patio was also nice. Breakfast choices were good.

It was a little out of the way from the train station and the centre but the area was nicer.

Breakfast was very good and the room spacious and the bed was very comfortable. For the price it was very good.

Room is small, stuffy, with no functioning window & awkward bathroom/toilet. No soundproof, the noises made by the staffs & other customers can clearly be heard. The wall & window frame shaking a lot even with simple movement like opening the main door. The people walking upstairs can be heard & sounds like they are stomping their feet.

Older but elegant

Property has parking in a secure area, 24 hour desk, service very nice people great breakfast and a simple and easy walk into the city!!! Even though you are close to the city, it is quiet. The rooms are large and very comfortable perfect location if you have a car and you want In-N-Out of Florence easy!!

For the breakfast sincerely it has to be reviewed. It is impossible not to have a good coffee we are in Italy which is known for good coffee, good cured meats.
