Very nice hotel, super clean, bed was amazing comfortable with good quality pillows, tasty breakfast, symphatic and helpful personel in reception and restaurant. 10 min walking to centrum. We had dog and his stay was for free!

The quality of the espresso could be improved — especially considering we’re in Italy, where expectations for coffee are naturally higher. 😁

Everything! 10mins walk to station and attractions and River Arno. Quiet looked after neighbourhood. Welcoming hotel, clean and very friendly and attentive staff. Staff placed fresh cold water in our room everyday. Beverages in room and toiletries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great variety of breakfast and ate in lovely garden. Roxanne was very sweet. They have a sister hotel whose pool you can use too. Really nice hotel and very lovely staff.

There is no balcony. There is no Parking. You have to park 200m away at the blue zones - if you are lucky to find a space tho. Otherwise you park much further. The area around the hotel isnt the best but its quiet at nights.

It felt the breakfast was a bit rushed and one morning it rained so no one sat outside so there weren’t enough tables, the staff seemed unsure of what to do!

Quiet neighborhood & not too far from the Firenze S.M.N railway station. Front office staffs were very helpful & supporting. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great . It was overall a great experience . Great access to Indian restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was fantastic and very big, even for a family of 4. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. When you arrive by car, you can park in front of the hotel for unloading luggage, and then the hotel organises the valet service to a nearby parking service. The service is a bit pricey (30 EUR per day for a mid-sized car) but very convenient. If you need your car for a day trip, they will call the valet and the car arrives within 10 minutes. By foot, you reach the dome and the city center within 20 minutes, so location is good. Highly recommedned!

Adorable and convenient accommodations!! Perfect location (about 15/20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio along the river), friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. Parking was easy - it was valet service to park our rental car in a garage nearby was only ~30 euro a night.
