Clean and kind staff

The staff was the best staff, I have talked to in a while! Great, family-centered and hospitable people, who took our wishes very well. Even if they were very reluctant to serve alchol - understandably so, given the circumstances of the neighborhood.

There is a saying in my country. You cannot build a castle from a pile of shit. Little did we know that it was going to be the case LITERALLY. I know the Italian Riviera is something to prepare for. Still, the local community and the government could do so much better. Like: ban prostitution on the street across. Try to regulate the noise after 2 PM. Take out the garbage at least twice a week, so people can actually spend time on the balcony/vicinity of the hotel. And foremost: NOT TO BUILD A GARDEN out of fertiliser in the middle of July. Disgusting stench for 5 days straight at least, combined with rotten garbage, and an army of flies coming with it. Reminded me of the pig farm I spent some weeks at as a kid. It is not the hotel's fault, but management should step up and lobby with the local government.

Location is great, breakfast is amazing and staff very welcoming and helpful

First night we got an old room, not renovated as the pictures shown on the website. After complaining to the front desk, we were changed rooms for the 2nd night. Not all rooms have been fully renovated. Our bathroom was still old.

Breakfast just wonderful Pastries,bread, coffee, actually all was good a suited my tastes very well.

Can't say didn't like. I am not a fancy traveler. Just perhaps the rate was a bit high but breakfast made it up for me. Very friendly staff.

Very poor insulation, we heard everything that was happening on the street and inside the hotel, and to be honest, out of the 4 days we stayed here, we didn't get enough sleep because of this noise.

Friendly people reception and cleaning staff, good english knowledge, very helpful. Awesome breakfast. Great location.

Bed could be a little more comfy.

Perfect location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Public bus stop is also very close. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Staff were very nice throughout. The building has very good sound proofing, because there is music outside on the beach and a nearby club until late in the night, and the minute you close the balcony door, you cannot hear the sound. One night, there was a huge thunderstorm, and we didn't notice anything.

Receptionists Anastasia and Elisabetta are helpful and welcoming. Location is front line to the beach. Double glazed and free from noise. AC super powerful.

If the hotel can provide lunch, dinner, or a complete bar service, that will be nice, especially when it’s raining in Rimini.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were a highlight, at reception or at the breakfast buffet it’s a pleasure to have such good service- and with a smile!

The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful – especially the cleaning lady, a Polish woman on the top floor. The hotel is close to the sea. The parking lot is a few minutes' walk away, 500 meters away, and it's in a great location. The breakfasts are delicious! Savory and sweet – everyone will find something for themselves, especially children! I highly recommend it.

First of all, very nice and helpful ladies of the reception. Very good location close to the beach, and accessible to all sort of shops. Moreover, the most important point and key successfulness of hotel Ariane is the excellent All-You-Can-Eat breakfast! I recommend you to choose this hotel in Rimini for an enjoyable relax. The waiter in the breakfast room was impolite. Don’t let him to spoil the rest.

Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and very good quality of food. Personel was always helpful and nice to us. Location is very good, 5 minutes to metromare where you could get to Rimini center in few minutes, shops and restaurants all around.

Elevator was a little too small for us (we had 2 strollers for kids)
