Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaHard to find. Downstairs there is a coffeehouse and the proprietor had completely blocked off the area around the door which even at the best of times would be really hard to see. NO SIGNS, When I communicated with Konstantin about checking in, more info about how to actually find the place would have been really helpful Instead we were two elderly tourists wandering around the old city in the middle of a city-wide rock concert! Dragging suitcases and not at all clear about how to get there Street signs are hard to find. Then lifting suitcases up 3 floors is hard too. Price is about double what you expect for shared bathroom.
Nice and clean, comfortable beds.

Hong KongMany staircases, not nice for people with bulky luggage and accessibility needs. Even as a young person I found the staircase leading to the 4th floor a bit steep. Possible to leave your luggage at the guesthouse but no designated room for it. would be great if cabinets or lockers were available.
The hotel gave me a Südtirol card and it was super awesome!! Free ride for the bus from Bozen to Seceda Cable Car, free musuem entrance to see Ötzi, free regional trains to explore beyond Bozen. The location is really central! No staff on site which might not be everyone’s preference but staff were highly responsive through WhatsApp and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and there was a very pleasant smell in the room. Had towels, shower gels, coffee capsules and a map. The shared bathroom is very clean and the kitchen was nice and well equipped but I didn’t get to use except the fridge. Wanted to give a 7.5 for overall hotel amenities and hardware but the guesthouse deserves a 9 when it comes to service and hospitality!! Danke / Grazie :)

United KingdomUnnecessarily complicated to and fro with the staff to get entry info, more so than any other property I've stayed at with Booking.com. Had to squeeze past cafe tables to get to the steep stairs to the building entrance. Room was like a furnace all night. No sign of the südtirol pass or how to get hold of it.
