It was a walk across a communal hallway to our bathroom.

Ideally located to walk and see the best of Verona. Our host was exceptional, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

The hostess, Ornella, was really kind and welcomed us in the best way possibly. She offered info about the town when we arrived in the place. She even offered us an aperitivo. The place was clean and really welcoming. Just as the pictures.

It is a room in an apartment with a shared bathroom. We had no access to the terrace, living room or kitchen. The ceiling fan was noisy and old, we had to turn it off. Misleading ad, disappointing.

We felt like in a home of an artist. Very comfortable room, furnished in an eclectic and pleasing style, where small details - like crystal vase, or small tasteful ornament, creates a feeling that you are at home. The hostess is very kind and accommodating, the coffee machine in the room makes an excellent coffee. The room and the bathroom are very clean and pleasant. Thanks to the owner we had a very pleasant stay. It is very close to the centre and also close to the railway station on a small quiet street.

The room was crazy hot (early may) and the ac didn't work. The whole room smelled like bleach and we couldn't air it out. The bathroom was not clean either.

The locations is great, very close to Porta nuova station and to the city center. The host was kind and let us too leave our bags till departure. Absolutely recommend.

The property is not as advertised as it is a shared bathroom with the owner who showers in there along with a poorly maintained and cleaned bedroom, which is filled with the owners' stuff. It's clear fraud by the owner to avoid at all costs. The place is invested with car hairs, and you're unable to open the window due to the owner being scared of the cat escaping. The door to your room is transparent and dirty with zero pricey for your house guest you weren't expecting the stay does not include the terrance or any of the photos advertised and if yoh asked you will get told no. Don't bother arranging the arrival time as the owner won't be ready and throw you out for a couple of hours after a 10 minute lecture on how to close the door. Once you finally get to sleep in your hot box, you will be awoke by the owner at 12.00 am. by text reminding you of the checkout instructions which will bring you some joy as the bed is as about 45cm higher at the feet end to your head . This booking is a scam. Do not go, avoid at all costs and you can't find anywhere else to stay there is a really nice park just by the centre which I strongly recommend sleeping in instead as you will have a better stay and more change of getting what you paid for.

communication ahead of visit was poor arrived at 11 owner was just leaving though had texted her the time we would arrive and she had not responded - only by chance did we know the accommodation asked person in shop next door - told to leave our belongings and come back in an hour. wasn’t told about terrace only after checking in and going out revisited booking - pictures on info are not of room we were in but if owners - asked about terrace garden and told we could only use it when she was out as it is part of her home- luckily she was out in the evening when we wanted to relax there and it was lovely. CATS two very friendly cats I have mild allergies and this was not in advance information- would have been problematic if I had travelled with my daughter as she has a serious cat phobia. despite location couldn’t recommend. owner was chatty but I feel the information on booking . com is dishonest.
