The service wasn’t very good. The poolside only had a few beds. Some guests were sitting on towels on the floor. The breakfast time finishes too early. When you are on holiday breakfast up to 11 am is great, I thought 9.30 am was too early to finish. Especially coming back late the night before seeing a concert at the ippodromo . We chose this hotel because it was close to there. Car park electric gate wasn’t working well kept opening and shutting. We arrived late (after 2 am) and I wasn’t feeling well. I would have liked to arrived to my room without the stress of the gate. I also wasn’t informed about the car park downstairs. It should be told at the reception when arriving and news that the gate wasn’t working well. Plus signs for the car park. Not enough towels in our room. Only a set of 3 instead of four. I did sort that out after one of the chambermaids gave us a set. We weren’t sure about the water in the fridge if it was on the house (free) or if we had to pay. I yet again had to ask. It would be good to have a small sign saying complimentary water. Our balcony had the back side view of the large rubbish bins. It could have a covering to make the view more pleasant.

there’s no markets or shops nearby, you have to walk 45 minutes in order to get to a shop. most food deliveries don’t deliver to the location as it is very far from where the restaurants and facilities are.

there’s a park near the hotel where you can relax in and there’s a lot of nature.

The operation of the hotel is not good. Not clean, the toilet was in bad condition. The location is not bad but is behind an industrial area that a person who does not know the area can not understand. The breakfast closes down at 9.30 and does not allow all to get it in case they sleep little more.

Bathroom was dirty. Location was too far from public transport Selected 2 single beds and was given a double bed which was no good and uncomfortable Shower was broken.

Room was cleaned both days of stay which is good but the room was dirty when we got there Most of the staff were helpful. One person was no good and didnt want to help

Everything was great, except the location. No public transport or local shops or restaurants. Had to travel in a taxi every time which on average cost €40 one way. Apart from the location the hotel was exceptional and the staff were great. Would recommend
