Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hostess was amazing, so helpful with everything! The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We loved our stay! 😍

I missed a nice view from the window + balcony.
The apartament is in the centre of Cagliari and it us surranded by lots of lovely restsurants and shops. The room was very cozy with huge, comfortable bad, it was very clean and quiet. We had typical italian breakfast as well.

The owner was super helpful with local knowledge. Best introduction to Cagliari ever! Also, fantastic personalized breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. The location is excellent – very close to the train station and within walking distance to many historic sights. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

As it says on the property description lacks a lift but Grazia has arranged for free help to take bags upstairs. There was some building works going on at GF couple of days now finished.
Nice city central hotel , very close proximity to transports , tour locations and shops.Ideal for guests without a car.Grazia is a great host , had a homely atmosphere best for families and thanks for the help and free extended free check out time and good breakfast served. Also help with moving luggages to 4rd floor. Highly recommend for family with children feel so safe and private.

Amazing host. Could not do enough for us. Property was in a great location. Our flight wasn’t until the evening but we could keep our luggage there and there was a shower room for us to use.

I don't mean to complain but the building doesn't have a lift -- there was a helping hand on the first day when we checked in, but be prepared to walk up to the top floor. An area-wide power cut (30 minutes of black-out) happened on the 3rd night of our stay. It was fixed rather quickly and should not happen too often hopefully, but we were panicked as everything was operated by electricity and couldn't do anything not knowing what's going on.
Nicely renovated historical building, very spacious and high ceiling. Breakfast was prepared by an attentive lady, nice homely feeling about it. Heated clothes (towel) airer in the bathroom was very handy to dry damp towel and swimwear after a day out in the beach. The owner is very kind and always eager to help; she did a reservation for a protected beach for us, helped us out for paying a parking ticket, kept our luggage and let us use a bathroom on the last day, etc., etc.

Grazia is an amazing person. She takes care of the apartments with her whole heart and you can tell that she loves it. She gave us instructions how to get around the city and tips what to see. Breakfast is delicious. We could leave our luggage after checking out and use a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and thank you Grazia for taking care of us ! Hope to see you again!

Amazing place to stay! Staff were very friendly, helpful, and quickly responded. We received lots of tips for things to do and places to eat, and had a very nice breakfast each morning. Room was very nice with comfy beds and AC. A kitchen was shared between rooms where we had breakfast and snacks were left. Location is great, very central in the town, a short walk to the main historical sites and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Very close to the bus that takes you to the beach, and the train station which takes you to the airport. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Breakfast could have been more versatile (i.e offer fruits and vegetables). For one or two mornings it is ok but gets a bit repetative if you stay longer. Internet connection is ok for everyday use but too slow for remote working (had to use data and hotspot).
Great location: city centre, easy access to bus and train stations. Amazingly short commute from the airport (by train). Good restaurants and gelato places nearby. Very clean space, lovely and helpful host. Comfortable bed!!!

It seems that the price does not match the quality. The room we stayed in was a little too small. There were no additional shelves where things could be put.
The location is just great. 10 minutes by train from the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants near the apartment. The staff and attitude towards guests is simply excellent. Breakfasts are tasty but monotonous.

There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the room.
Loved this room and the breakfast was perfect. Very friendly and helpful host and staff. Very quiet and comfortable.

Owner was very friendly from the first contact. Slef check-in was easy and very helpfull as our flight got very delaid. Room was very spaciouse. Breackfast was very good, with different option available. Location is fantastic.
