Grazia was so patient with communication, especially with the complications of delayed flights. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and the hospitality of the island. The room was spacious and quiet and there was tea and coffee available as needed. The location was central and I only wish I could have stayed longer!

The flooring in our room/breakfast room was very uneven and soft. It had broken in a few places.

Comfortable stay. The location is excellent, we managed to park at the port area, around 10 minute walk away (maybe less). The staff are lovely and welcoming. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen area to get drinks any time of the day.

It was in a very central location with lots of restaurants and public transport close by, but still quiet. The rooms were beautiful, with very high ceilings and the largest, most comfortable bed that I have ever had when traveling in Europe. Grazia was a very gracious host & provided great tips for restaurants and things to do.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but parking is at the station and can get very expensive! Worth trying to find somewhere better if you’re staying for a bit.

Beautiful hotel in a central location next to lots of lovely restaurants. The lady who runs it is fantastic and so helpful. Breakfast was very good and the beds were v comfortable. Lovely decor throughout. A gorgeous haven in bustling Cagliari.

This was a beautiful 5 star experience that had exceptional quality room and breakfast that that we have not found elsewhere, right in the heart of Cagliari. This is a very special stay, the photos do not do this place justice. It is a historical building with high quality modern furnishings. The rooms are equivalent to a very good 5 star hotel. The breakfast experience was just amazing. High quality fresh produce including our omelette were just scrumptious and a perfect way to start the day. To our hostess, thank you so much for all your invaluable information and making us feel so welcome. You knowledge helped us experience Sardinia to the full. We look forward to coming back one day.

My room did not have a window but a glass door through which you could see in the hall. It was covered by curtain to give guests privacy. Natural daylight would be perfect but I understand the apartment had the disposition as it was, so nothing could be done about that.

A beautiful and modern accommodation in the centre of Cagliari. Grazia was a fantastic host, very attentive and welcoming. The bed in my room was comfortable, there was an AC and a luxurious bathroom. The host and her staff were ready to acommodate any requirement for breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommended.

There's nothing not to like there.

Very charming place, you could feel the attention to detail and perserving the historic heritage. Grazia, the host, would go above and beyong to make you stay unforgeatable. The freshly made breakfast in the morning at the big table was the perfect touch to start your day. Excellent location in the heart of Cagliari, close to the main spots, easy to reach from the train station. An absolute jewel of accomodation.

Not much

Just a beautiful restoration of this building with respect for the architecture and location. Grazia communicated well prior to arrival and after arrival even called to get us a reservation at the best local restaurant (in my opinion) Antica Cagliari. Even without that, just a very nice place to stay in a busy area of town!

Nothing.

The location is perfect, in the heart of old town, and only a few minutes walk to the train station. The train runs every 20 minutes to the airport and costs €1.30. many sites and starting locations of tours are in short walking distance to the property. Enjoyed the large breakfast table to meet other guests to share experiences, and recommendations. Grazia is a most generous host.
