There is an issue with internet access at this location, the hotel provides two Wi-Fi networks, but the instructions in the room provides the wrong password for one of them. The reception could be open a bit longer.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The photos on Booking accurately reflect the actual condition. A plus is the private parking at a low price and the availability of a secure bike storage room (locked, shared with others). Well-functioning air conditioning and blackout blinds that allow the room to be completely darkened. Tasty breakfasts, and there is also a restaurant available. From the hotel, you can quickly reach bike paths that lead to Riva or north around the lakes.

No air conditioning or fan, so had to keep the windows open for some fresh air. Hence, really loud noise coming for the adjacent street.

In the evenings, the smell of cooking came through the open balcony window from the restaurant's kitchen on the first floor.

Room was clean. Nice view through the window - to the mountains. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect for us. Arciduca Charming house Room and Breakfast is just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Arco. Room was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower. Reserved parking at a small extra fee. Shops and great restaurants options at Arco.

Could hear the noisy family in room above, but nobody else. (hotel not to blame for that). And ok for a couple of nights. It wouldn't stop me from returning. I wiould still go back and ask for the same room.

Very kind and friendly staff. Breakfast on the outside terrace was great. room was an ok size for short stay, with a small balcony facing the small street/road to sit on for some quiet time, the bathroom was a good size. Would happily return.

Nice room and comfy bed. Good air-conditioning. For 5 Euros a day you can rent a parking space. Breakfast in general was nice as well. Good location, 5mins walk into center of Arco.

The WiFi is not working properly ( at least in my room). The soap dispensers in the bathroom aren’t in good position: the one in the shower is too high; the other near the sink cannot be used for the bidet.

Excellent accommodation, value for money breakfast. Arco is a place for climbers and so the vibe is quite chilled. quite interesting mix of Italian and German/Austrian fusion food

Breakfast was pretty basic. Some of the bread served the first moring was to clearly more than a few days old and hard to cut.... so none of the guests touched it. Despite this, the same bread was served the day after. Saving pennies on this is not something I would recommend. The negative impact in reputation far outweights possible savings...

Super friendly staff, great location and very comfortable rooms. When we saw the hotel and how beutifully it’s located, we’ve immedistely booked one more night. The highlight was the great breakfast that csn be enjoyed in the garden outside.

The walls are a little bit clairaudient, we had quite neighbors but if could be a problem if you have some noisy kids are a couple in love nearby.
