Everything. It is close to the beach and easily connected to centre( bus stop is right in front of the building). The host made self check in and out easy, the apartment is great, you have everything you need. We loved our stay!

The room was clean, the owner was flexible for earlier check-in. The location was nice, a bus station was just under the apartment, but we had rented a car, which was easy to park in the area without payment

Good location close to the Beach, not far from the old city center. The owner, Elfio is extremely helpful, gave us instructions how to self check-in and out. Couldnt ask for more. The apartmant needs a renovation, but for this price nothing to complain about.

Not so much “didn’t like” as “things to be aware of when booking” - the property is not in the city center, but in a calm neighbourhood located about 25-30 mins from the old town (on foot). The walk is very pleasant, along the Lungomare; there is also a train station nearby, but we haven’t used it, so I don’t know if it simplifies things. - as advertised, the bathroom is not adjacent to the room, but external - the sound insulation with the other room of the apartment is not perfect - if the neighbours are loud, you can hear them.

- good value for money; good location, close to the seaside and in an authentic and quiet neighbourhood; relatively well equipped - has even a washing machine. - Elfio is helpful and knowledgeable and a discrete but very good host. He even wrote 2 very helpful guides: one for Bari and another one about places worth visiting around Bari. - the place is not fancy, but quite cosy and clean

Lovely to find snacks on arrival. Elfio couldn't have been more helpful when are flight was delayed and we had to check-in very late. Property is well located and either a bus ride or 40 minute walk along the sea front to the Old Town.

Everything. We had a smooth no contact check-in and out. Elfio gave us detailed instructions for everything, including various information about Bari’s attractions, buses and restaurants, even left us a snack. This place has everything you need for a very nice stay. Grazie mille Elfio.

The owner, Elfio, is very nice and helpful. Before arrival he sent us clear brief instructions, so we had no problem getting to the accommodation. He also recommended places to go. Good location, 5 minutes from the beach, 20-30 minutes walk to the center. Clean apartment with balcony and everything you need for cooking, washing, etc ... Good place to stay !

Great breakfast with personal touch. Comfortable rooms with terrace to sit outside. Walking distance from Matera attractions but out of tourist crowd. Matera requires walking due to hilly landscape. This Guesthouse is "on top" of Matera so You can enjoy the walking

The apartment is around a 30-minute walk from Bari train station (doable, but buses also run there). Check-in was straightforward and easy to arrange - Elfio is very helpful and communicative. He has prepared a number of useful guides for Bari and Puglia, which you can read at the apartment. The room is very spacious, as is the bathroom (and there is plenty of room to store your belongings). Comfortable bed, great shower. There's a shared kitchen with a fridge, again lots of space. As you walk towards Bari centre, you come across more and more restaurants, cafes, bakeries. The neighbourhood is quiet at night. An excellent place to return to after a busy day exploring Puglia!
