From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and warm smiles; the perfect start to what became an exceptional stay. Every single member of staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to make our time here as enjoyable as possible; nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection to suit every taste, and the team were more than happy to prepare additional dishes on request, like perfectly fresh poached eggs. The food from the hotel restaurant was exceptional; beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served with the same attentive care we experienced throughout our stay. The hotel itself, including the pool area, was absolutely immaculate. Sun loungers were always available, and we were greeted with fresh towels before being taken to our preferred spot. Throughout the day, staff regularly checked in to see if we wanted our umbrella adjusted to suit the sun; such a thoughtful touch. Our room and the sky lounge had the most breathtaking views, overlooking the sea and Mount Vesuvius; a sight we never tired of. Every member of the team, from reception and bar staff to maids, pool attendants, and the dedicated advice team, was attentive and professional. Their local knowledge was invaluable, offering fantastic recommendations for trips, excursions, and restaurants, helping us make the most of every day. We also loved the friendly chats and light-hearted football banter about Manchester United and Napoli; it made us feel even more at home. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great location, short walking distance from middle of the town. Beautiful view from the rooftop lounge and from the rooms facing the water, but on higher floors. Very nice accommodating staff. Good breakfast.

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The views from the hotel are simply unforgettable—whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or winding down in the evening, it’s the kind of scenery that stays with you. The breakfast was another standout—delicious, varied, and clearly made with quality in mind. And the city itself? Hands down my favorite stop on the trip. The atmosphere, the charm, the energy—everything about it made me want to stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

For the price not sure you need to charge for the mini bar just my opinion that one not a negative.

To be honest everything, what a top hotel with a great vibe, relaxed, classy, staff can’t do enough for you and the pool and roof top bar are just excellent.

Brand new hotel with stunning spa facilities, unbeatable central location, and top-tier service. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a fantastic buffet selection. Highly recommend for a luxury stay in Sorrento.

Have had the pleasure at staying at some of the world's finest hotels and Ara Maris is on par with them. Ara Maris' ' staff is perfectly professional and attentive, it's amenities are luxurious and plentiful, and the decor is serene and calming. It is a modern hotel with sophisticated class. Absolutely beautiful hotel! The pictures don’t do it justice. We ate a yummy breakfast by the pool under the orange and lemon trees. It was so serene and peaceful. Room was big and we even got a free water bottle. It was close to everything and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall an excellent facility with beautiful attention to detail. Staff is outstanding. First class facility. Dinner our first night was truly exceptional, one of the best we have had in our 2 weeks of traveling and fine dining in Italy. Second evening, dinner was a disappointment, as the head chef was not working and my food was inedible, and my partners mediocre. However I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it for a first class stay and world class service.

Absolutely everything we spent two days in absolute relaxation , the hotel is in a perfect location a few meters from the main square. Very convenient valet parking service. Excellent breakfast one of the best ever, all the staff is very professional and kind welcoming As well as the Bistro on the fifth floor with a breathtaking view of the entire gulf. We will definitely return
