It was in a perfect location, close to the main train station. The room was very clean and the breakfast provided was lovely. Ross was an incredible host, was super nice and made us delicious sweet treats daily

The bathroom situation for someone who has to get up in the night is inconvenient even though it is a private for you only WC. It is the only time I have not had a bathroom in my own room when staying in a hotel type situation. It was stated in the literature upfront that the bathroom was not in the room, but I did not imagine having to go down the hall, even though it was not very far.

All was very well organized, clean, and cutely decorated.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and Rossana is a lovely host. She had many tips for us for getting around and restaurants as well. The room was very comfortable and it is close to the metro - so perfect for sightseeing.

This is the most perfect place to stay in Rome. Rossana is an exceptional host; she has thought of everything to make your stay super comfortable and she goes out of her way to help guests make the most of their stay in Rome and feel well cared for at Aquarius Inn. We had a beautiful, spacious room, with ensuite facilities. Everything is spotless. Each day we returned to find yummy baked treats - delicious almond cookies and chocolate and orange cake. Breakfast is plentiful and you can help yourself during your stay to tea and coffee etc. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from Termini Station and there are lots of delicious neighbourhood restaurants to choose from too. Rossana wants you to feel like you are staying in her home and she should be so proud of what she has accomplished with Aquarius Inn. Thank you Rossana , you are a wonderful person.

Rossana is an absolute wonderful and caring. She is passionate about her apartments and she is very informative about Rome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities of being in your own home. The location was also wonderful for seeing the sights of Rome by foot. The apartment is so clean, and cleaned every day, what impressed me. The location is amazing, everything is really close, and you have good restaurants few steps from the apartment. We enjoyed.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about our visit top notch.

What an amazing place to stay. Rossa could not have been more helpful. Loads of information for us on places to eat and drink and also on transport for us to get to the gig we were going to. The room was so nice and clean and she laid out fruit and cookies etc each morning. She even gave sweets for us to take home to our kids. Situated in a quiet part of town with a lovely restaurant just next door. Id would highly recommend the Aquarius inn and we'll definitely be back next time we visited. Thank you rossa for a wonderful stay.

A small fridge with Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice, as we like a morning coffee without having to go to a communal area to make it at the risk of waking other guests.

Traveling during season is just more expensive so we found it a little pricey but it was season. Bed and furniture are older but clean and comfortable. Be sure to make good arrangements to be let in or you will be locked out of the building and inn. You need her to let you in on first day and she lives elsewhere.

Rosanna is a wonderful inn keeper. She cares so much about her guests and this 3 bed/3 bath bed and breakfast. Her cleaning protocol is very thorough every day. Breakfast is limited but she aims to please and was willing to expand our options. We liked the location near the train station with excellent restaurants downstairs and the best gelato a block away. Location is quiet.

Lovely warm welcome from a fantastic host. Despite being in the middle of the city, the property was quiet at night, so slept soundly. Can't fault facilities. Walkable for most of the city attractions and only 10 minutes from Roma Termini.
