Amazing place and amazing people. Complementary gift on arrival was a sweet surprise. The pool is accessible from every room straight ahead. Room is very spacious, also bathroom. Great breakfast.

Would have preferred a curtain between the outside seating, room to room as we could see the neighbours but not too much of an issue really. There is a nearby 'holiday park' style complex that had very loud music in the evening (not a fault of the hosts!) however you can't hear this inside the rooms.

Really lovely small hotel. Rooms where a really good size and it was fantastic to have a little seating area outside where you could look over the pool or close the curtain for more privacy. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive. Easy located to visit the towns and villages around, and lots of paths if walking is more your thing.

The Aqua Sardinia hotel was a great hotel, room was cozy and cute. The owners Lorenzo and Daniela were amazing people, very friendly and helpful even if they didn’t know too much English, they helped us a lot. The location of the hotel was great for the beaches we were planning to visit during our stay. I even forgot my crossbody bag in our room when checking out and they texted me right away when cleaning our room to let me know. Thankfully we were not leaving Sardinia right away and could drive back to pick it up. Thank you for your hospitality, would definitely stay again if we were to come back again.

Everything! The place was amazingly, beautiful pool, rooms were so clean and modern, exactly like the photos. Great value for money and staff were so lovely. Location was great for amazing beaches and great food but I’ll say that you do need a car for the local town

This was by far our favorite accommodation in all of Sardinia. The owners were the absolute best couple with the greatest sense of humor, super kind, attentive, and overall made the stay absolutely wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough, definitely stay here!!!

nothing. some people might say location but you usually see where the hotel is located before you book it, and sardinia is an island where you go around with a rental car so I really have nothing negative to say. :)

very, very clean. Cleaning the room every day is normal, yes, but they're doing it on another level. even wet whiping the terrace floor. Breakfast has a lot of option and tastes very good. the pool is cleaned every day and overall the facilites are fabulous. also the owners were friendly and welcoming.

The staff and owners were amazing. I had my Birthday and they put on a special breakfast for me. So helpful and lovely. Wonderful base to explore the area. The little village and restaurant were just wonderful and food delicious!! Also can oder pizza to your room from local pizzeria and that was fantastic if you just wanted to chill. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and looking after us when we forgot check out day 😊

The Boutique Hotel is a little oasis. Everything is very clean, high quality - and definitely made with love. The owners do everything to make their guests happy. We were on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time there. They decorated the room and organized a surprise for us - thank you so much!

Clean and nice place, close to some great beaches, and good restaurants, Few minutes drive to olbia, a nice city, and has a small pool and shower where you can chill in your free time.

Amazing hotel in a tranquil location close to nearby beaches. The hosts were great, very friendly and accommodating. Super clean large modern rooms with comfortable beds and even orthopedic pillows ( rarely found in hotels) great breakfast cooked a la carte. Jacuzzi in our private garden was an amazing feature we greatly enjoyed. Highly recommended hotel!

We had an amazing time in Aqua Sardinia. The owners are so nice and very helpful. They will go an extra mile for the guests. Rooms are cleaned daily, bravo to the staff. Breakfast was lovely, we've tried everything from the menu. Location great between two towns: Budoni and San Teodoro. Many restaurants around with just a few minutes ride. On the doorstep, there is a beach, go-cart and horse riding. Many people complain about noise from the road but it didn't bother us at all. In the city there is much more noise. The swimming pool is great and clean, you can swim 24/7 and you don't have to fight for sun loungers like in big resorts. Overall, I highly recommend it, and I would gladly come back.
