The reception guy was a bit rude when we arrived. He was not very helpfull, I had to ask everything out of him. But the rest of the days he was ok and fine.

The shower is quite difficult to get in and out of. Not recommended for people who are not 100% stable on their feet. Initially a little hard to find the entrance. The local restaurant helped us and said it's quite a common occurrence. Would recommended a small street map as Google maps is not that accurate.

The location is so close to everything. Right in the heart of the city and walking distance to the top attractions. It was also peaceful and quiet, considering the amount of people in the city at peak holiday time.

Everything 😍 especially breakfast 🥞 is so so delicious and the cook made us amazing cappuccino ☕️ there’s lift so it’s really nice and comfortable to stay. Location is also perfect 😍

Air condition worked well but the apartment needs airing between guests. I also stepped on glass that must have not been cleaned properly from a previous guest.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence, close to everything. The room was charming and full of character – you can really feel the atmosphere of the city. Very clean and well maintained. Loved starting the day on the balcony with a great view and morning coffee. The online reception service was quick, helpful, and friendly.

relatively loud air condition in the bedroom, very loud in the living room, so if someone is going to use it as 4-person accomodation those sleeping on the sofa might have problems with the noise

We had two rooms. An apartment for 3 people and junior suite for two with terrace. Apartment was large but bad air conditioning in bedroom. Uncomfortable in high heat nights. Suite was very pretty but was not told that it was a two flight walk upstairs to get to bedroom after elevator ride. Main bath was on lower floor and was practically unusable for my 6 foot 3 husband due to a low ceiling in shower. We would have chosen a different room if we knew.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!

My stay at AQA Palace was incredible. It truly was one of those stays where I was almost more excited to return back to my room than explore the city - which is saying a lot because Florence is spectacular. I stayed in the Junior Suite and had my own private terrace - my mornings coffees on the terrace were wonderful. I would go as far as to say that this was one of my favourite stays ever. I could walk to everything in the city so easily as it is perfectly located - which really helps when you've been shopping and need to drop off some bags or just need take a break from exploring. The air-conditioning works perfectly, the mini fridge was always perfectly stocked, the room was kept beautifully clean during my stay, and I was never bothered by any noise despite being in the city. I will never stay anywhere else in Florence if I can help it - I might even book a trip back to Florence just to stay here! Thank you to the staff at AQA Palace for doing such an amazing job at making everything work perfectly and for ensuring a memorable stay.

Breakfast was quite expensive, though it was served upstairs in a stylish Art Deco dining room. You can find better-tasting espresso and croissants nearby at a more reasonable price. The location, however, was excellent—close to major attractions and set in a wonderful neighborhood with authentic Italian dining options.

The room was beautiful, in such a wonderful location, perfect for a city break we got to see all that was on offer and for my mother who has mobility issues the staff made it as easy as possible and gave us all the support we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in. Francesco, Anelia and Felice were just brilliant and made us feel so welcome in the beautiful city of Florence.

Great location, the room is fabulous. We only had to walk a few minutes to be in the city center in piazza della Signoria. It is a safe neighborhood and quiet place at night. We loved the view of the palazzo vecchio.

The room was clean, a brilliant size, and equipped with everything you would need. Staff were lovely and keen to help, answering our questions. Communication with the hotel was also clear and helpful. The hotel was in a great place, walking distance to all the places we wished to see and the tram close by to explore further afield.
