Great location, friendly staff and perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful views, immaculately clean, provisions provided, e.g simple breakfast items, drinks etc, good shower, good communication throughout with friendly staff.

Only downside if you don’t like steps to get into main town area.

The Ponente apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a great view from the window. We needed some help from the staff who did everything possible for us.

It is difficult to cross the road by foot in order to walk into Bellano. The exit is on a fast bend.

Good location. It was nice to have milk, wine and snacks left for us. Nice view of the lake from the room.

We booked a room not a self contained apartment. We had no kitchen facilities but were expected to wash up and dry the cups and glasses. Washing up liquid was provided for that purpose but the only place to wash dishes was the bathroom sink. This is not hygienic for the next guest. The room was not serviced during our stay even though there was a sign in the bathroom to leave your towels on the floor if you wanted them changed.

The view is amazing. The breakfast is very nice. Sybille is so helpful to ensure that my wife and I have a comfortable stay in their beautiful place.

Lovely hotel in a great location. My large terrace suite had a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely, friendly staff, good breakfast. Stresa was our favorite destination.

Fantastic location with magnificent beautiful views. Comfortable room with all needed for nice few days. Good location with train station just below to access other areas of the lake.

The location was convenient for us - very close to the train station and a short walk from the main street lake front. The bedroom was comfortable and had lots of room. The bathroom had plenty of room and was nice and clean. The view from the bedroom window was nice.

Beautiful spot, lovely atmosphere and a bottles of wine left for us to enjoy.

So many stairs and a very steep driveway, so we struggled with our luggage.

Amazing view of marina and the lake from our beautiful and spacious room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinks provided by hosts were much appreciated. Really good laundry facilities as well. Fantastic location close to Bellano station and easy ten minute walk to ferry terminal and restaurants.

Great view, the hotel was perfect and the host was very accommodating. I would 100% stay here again.

Pedestrian access to the apartments is a little difficult if not driving. The stairs to the street are rocky and uneven, and walking the driveway is very steep. But otherwise everything was excellent.

Amazing location and room with a view. 1 bdrm apartment was just great. very quiet and very very private location. lots of upscale features and loft. location was 10 minute walk from downtown to ferry/train station restaurants. left car onsite for 3 days, didn't need it to get around as ferry was easy to use. staff super friendly and helpful. highly recommend and can' wait to go back.

minor noise from the train nearby, but not enough to loose sleep. could have used less rain.....
