How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location to the airport was good but there are no nearby restaurants if food stores, just a bakery and bar opened for only a few hours a day. Bring your good with you unless you drive.

Towels were a little rough and scratchy.
Very convenient for Milan Malpensa airport, ideal size for family of 4. Supplied breakfast was a bonus!

Giusy was very accomodating and even offered to drive us to the airport because our flight is very early in the morning. The apartment is also really nice and clean and comfortable. There is also a bar in front of it so we got to chill nearby.

All communication went smoothly. The key was waiting for us at the agreed location. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the airport. It is nicely furnished with small, pleasant details. An Italian breakfast and excellent coffee are available. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location. Just a couple of minutes drive to Malpensa airport. Location is beautiful. The view breath-taking. A lovely assortment of snacks, including milk and water was waiting for our breakfast. Giusi was very kind and welcoming. Super clean too.

Great place for a stop when you have late or early flight at Malpensa. Good contact with the owner. Quiet place. Basic breakfast provided.

It was fine for an overnight stay near the airport. According to another guest in the same courtyard, it is normally possible to park there, but we had to park on the main road, which left us a little anxious about leaving luggage in the boot rather than bringing it along the road, through the courtyard and up a flight of stairs. It was all fine, the road is in a sleepy village. We also weren't expecting the cute spiral staircase up to the loft level where the main bedroom is....so the elderly couple found it more convenient to use the sofabed in the living room, also nearer the bathroom for any night time requirements.
Everything spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, air conditioning very efficient and totally necessary on hot August nights. Sound proofing pretty good so slept well despite a very noisy restaurant nearby Unexpected fully equipped kitchen. We only stayed one night but a longish stay would be feasible, with the new washing machine, induction hob, etc if you're ok with compact spaces. Good instructions and photos to guide us to the property . Saw lots of complimentary "thank you" notes left by previous guests dedicated to specific hosts, but we did not meet any owner or manager....like going to an air bnb with a lock box.

Fantastic apartment close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Giusy was extremely helpful when we had trouble with our rental car, and she helped us far beyond what could be expected. We are so grateful for that!

Very nice falt , clean and tidy in excellent location where wounder next to local bakery. Italian breakfast was provided as well . Very nice landlady who treats us like family members.

Great cute apartment close to the airport. Guisi was a perfect host and answered all our questions. She also dropped us to the airport for a fee to catch the Malpensa Express train to Milan city. A great restaurant was recommended that was 2 minutes away for a scrumptious dinner. Breakfast cereal, milk, juice, water, toast, coffee pods and other goods were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
