I did have an issue with mosquitoes in the apartment and there's no fly screen. luckily there's aircon in the apartment

located in historic pienza so I could just walk right into the main street of that town and incredible views were a stones throw away. the amenities are newly renovated and there's a kitchenette in the studio apartment which was great to have.

Our stay was amazing — we truly didn’t want to leave. The villa was spotless, warm, and full of authentic Tuscan charm. Having access to the beautiful courtyard was such a bonus, and the private parking made everything even more convenient. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Pienza with everything within easy reach. Adriano was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

The accommodation was wonderful, clean and comfortable. We loved the apartment, it had such great character and it was so well perseved and well maintained, having our own courtyard was wonderful. This apartment gave us an authentic Italian experience. The location was perfect, central to Pienza, and we loved thar we could walk to local cafes and restaurants. Alice and Simon were really friendly, helpful and hospitable, and we really appreciated that parking was provided. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was amazing. It is right in the old town of Pienza which is small and it was so easy to walk out and find a restaurant or go shopping. There are some really nice shops close by and the views from the edge of town are spectacular. Lovely little town and not too busy in November. Our hosts were wonderful for answering questions and were always nearby if we needed anything. We had a car and had a parking spot at the host's gas station which was a 5 minute walk away. There is also laundry near by.

We loved it all!

This renovated townhome is beautiful! We were 3 people. You enter to kitchen and living area. On second floor is a bathroom and bedroom with single bed. On 3rd floor is queen bed with a bathroom. If anyone is worried about the steps, we did not find them steep or narrow, and the handrail is very sturdy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely accommodation in a scenic town. And the use of the parking space is icing on the cake.

Alice's father, who welcomed us, is extremely nice, very kind, he provided us with a lot of information and accompanied us to the restaurant for dinner, being very late, a wonderful man! Alice and Simon were incredibly welcoming. Thanks to Alice's warm greeting, we felt right at home in Pienza from the moment we parked our car. The studio apartment in the town center was charming, clean, and inviting, complete with an outdoor table and chairs just off the room. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all the sights in Pienza. We also appreciated Alice’s father, who kindly returned our forgotten guidebook as we left. They are truly a warm and thoughtful family.

This place is excellent. Do not hesitate. We had a place with two flights of stairs. I have slight difficulty but it was spotless and perfectly located. I believe they have a unit with a main floor bedroom. If lucky enough to go back will definitely ask for it. Thank you so much!

Perfect location in Pienza old city for exploring both Pienza and nearby towns. A few steps out the front door and you’re in the heart of the old town amongst the gelateria and cafes. It was very convenient having a designated carpark a couple of hundred meters down the road (within easy walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was also provided which was very nice as it still quite warm in the evenings. Alice was very hospitable and shared many tips for exploring the area.

Note temperatures were in the high 90s F during my stay (early September). No air conditioning made for difficulty sleeping because room was too warm in spite of provided floor fan and open windows. This would not be a problem in lower temps.

Location was excellent. Studio apartment was charming. all basic necessities were provided. Private courtyard a peaceful place for morning coffee. Hosts were fantastic and free parking a definite plus in this little town. Favorite destination of my trip!!

The owner of the studio requested us, via the chat of Booking, to inform her about the time of arrival so she could welcome us. A parking spot was (is) included the rent of the studio and only at a 300 mtr walk. The studio is located inside the ancient town (no traffic allowed), so all is at walking distance. It was a warm welcome and the studio is fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, spacious 2-pers bed and a patio); everything you need for a pleasant stay!

This was the second time I stayed at La Corte Antica. I stayed in the studio, very well equipped and furnished with beautiful Tuscan wood beamed ceiling which opens onto a terrazza. Very comfortable and located in the heart of historic Pienza. The hosts are wonderful, so friendly and helpful, and they came to meet me when they knew my arrival time. The ability to park in a private parking space close to the apartment was a real plus. Pienza itself is a great little town to stay in, much quieter than some of the very busy Tuscan towns but with great scenery all around it. Would definitely book and stay here again.

Alice and her husband were fantastic! Quick to communicate and very accommodating when our check-in time changed unexpectedly. The room itself was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Alice shared the history of the space, which was a lovely touch. The room faces out onto a small courtyard with a table, which would be great in the evening to relax. Our friends had rented the space across from us, which was an added bonus. The location, you can't beat it, walking to everything. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are visiting Pienza. I have to make a note about parking. The suite has a park spot that is about a 5 min walk to the room. This was a game changer for us as we had a rental car. Knowing we had a spot so we could come and go took so much stress and pressure off and really was the icing on the cake for our stay.
