You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful, comfy, spacious, super clean and has everything you need. It is self check-in, which was convenient and easy with the instructions we got. Contact with the owner Vincenzo was swift and very friendly, and we enjoyed the recommendations for restaurants he gave us.

AustraliaIt was a weird experience. On arriving I was moving bags from the car to the apartment when I got a text telling me to close the front door. Weirded out I noticed a camera pointing at me in the doorway. Then I tried to use the fireplace and got another text telling me not to use it. Very 1984 Big Brother thing going on and we didn’t feel comfortable in the apartment after that. Leave alone the fireplace was one reason we booked this apartment. The other weird experience was that I contacted the host asking where the kettle was. The reply was that they don’t supply one for “safety reasons”. This place must be the safest place to stay in the world because it the only one without a kettle.
The property is modern and clean.
