Driving not for the faint hearted but didn’t put us off. Small car is advantageous!

There is bus stop next to the apartment but the bus was going very seldom (~3h interval). Also the ferry to and from Nesso was going a bit seldomly. Maybe something to do with the holiday season?

It is an absolutely must visit place if you like calm small cities, slow mornings with astonishing views, sunbathing on the rooftop pool and terrace. Be sure that greater views in lake Como are from the houses upper in the mountains so be ready to climb some steps :)

The welcome. No air conditioning No lift. Bringing your luggage 256 stairs up is a nightmare.

Super disapointed! When we arrived the window of the bathroom was broken. The agency said they were gonna come as soon as they can to fix it. I would not mind for the broken window if it not be in the hallway where everebody passes. So you shower any one can see. You poop anyone can hear. There were no one for check in. We paid 1700€ for 4 days and there were no one to even welcome us and explain how things works. The cleaning lady gave us the key and that’s it. We sais the broken window , the owner said we will come when we can. Serioysly for 425€ a day you can make an effort to fix or at least make a gesture for inconvenience. Nothing! Like they do not care about they guests. We spent 2 weeks in Italy. We did albergo,agriturismo, hotel and our last stop an appartement at Arts Vista Lace Como and it was the most expensive and the worst stop/etape ever. I do not recomend!!!! Too expensive for what it is! No normal pan to make scrambled eggs in the morning just some grill. Everybody says super clean : i found hair everywhere, bathroom, kitchen. I have made the mistake to not check the booking and we arrived to apartment w/o any air condintioning. We ended up with 33degres at 22h20( i have picture as proof) . All in all : no one to check in to explain, no air conditioning too hot all day, you have to take your luggage 259 stairs up the stairs. Too much money for no welcome no explanation nothing. And after all we have complained they said : last day you have to check out at 10h00 and you have to leave city tax of … € They do not care about customers. I dont recomend this place. Please stay away!

The place was not clean as there were dead insects inside the flat and we have to clean it. Also, there is spider web in the flat

dusted the host was very rude and I almost ruined our trip I didn’t feel safe from the way he spoke to me I even had msgs from him as proof telling us if we didn’t like it leave and this was all because I complained that the AC wasn’t working we it was too hot

Exceptional! Modern, clean, very well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Como. Everything was impeccable. Parking at the base of the building. Marco was a perfect, helpful host. Very easy communication for check in - check out. We will gladly return to this wonderful location!

Very spacious apartment with a big Terrace gorgeous view. Cozy, with all required amenities. Very comfy bed. The host informed us that there was parking space near the apartment, so we decided to rent a car at the airport, and that was the best decision. 10/10 recommend.

I would stay here again in a heart beat. The view and the apartment are great. It is close to Bellagio and Como. The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. And the owner Marco is very helpful.
