I had an incredible stay at a beautiful apartment in Como! The breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains were truly a highlight of my visit. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host, Franca, who went above and beyond by leaving a delightful assortment of goodies for breakfast. Enjoying pastries and local treats while soaking in the views was a perfect way to start each day. The bus makes a stop steps away from the apartment, making it the easiest way to get into town. I highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Como!

The 300m Walk to the bus stop...to the lower road. The 90m walk to the upper bus stop .road very busy no pedestrian paths. Public buses always available though

Franca is an amazing host - very kind and helpful. Property is in a great location to explore Como and the surrounding area. Franca had some groceries in the fridge when we arrived, the amenities in the apartment were great - washing machine, drying rack, good bathroom, and the large deck with an amazing view of the lake! An absolutely perfect stay - thank you Franca, we look forward to staying again!

Franca apartment is beautiful!!!Immaculately maintained with tasteful decor and cozy furnishings. Ever corner of the home offered comfort and serenity. We enjoying the morning coffee on the balcony with view to the lake Franca was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their passion for hosting was evident and made my stay all the more special. We highly recommend her house!!

First of all the owner of this apartment Franca is an amazing person. She helped us for everything. At the end of our stay she dropped off us to the train station. She had a gift for my wife ‘s birthday. Our coffee,tea,juice,milk,fruit and all other things were ready when we arrived. There is a wonderful view from terrace. Apartment was very clean. I have never stay like this. I love this place very much. I will come back again ASAP

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Excellent accomodation. Extremely clean and comfortable. Franca it's a wonderful host and provides everything you need, including breakfast things - eggs, milk, bread, cereal, butter, jams, pastries, coffee, tea etc. Franca even picked us up from the station making transfer to the accommodation so easy! There's a bus stop just outside the property making trips in to the centre of Como really easy. The walk into town is all downhill, so be prepared for a more challenging walk back, but still doable. The elevated position of the property though gives you incredible views over Como in one direction and down the lake in the other. Truly wonderful!! We would definitely stay again and look forward to our next visit. Thank you Franca for your incredible hospitality.

Franca provided us with an extremely warm welcome when we arrived, giving us a tour and providing information for our stay, along with food & drink already in the fridge! The apartment is fantastic, 5 minutes out of the centre, overlooking Como. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and everywhere was very clean. Everything was well equipped and had clearly been thought of - it is these little touches that really go a long way, thank you! A comfy bed, spacious living area and bathroom and amazing views from each window, along with the terrace meant that we didn't want to leave the apartment! Overall, an amazing stay at a place that felt like a home away from home. Thank you Franca and we're already looking forward to returning.

The host was very welcoming & helpful, sent us directions on how to get there by train/bus from airport without us asking for it. The apartment was lovely and had a fantastic view of lake Como. We were provided with loads of food for breakfast and also a bottle of Prosecco (which was a surprise).

The only thing to be wary of, and it didn’t bother us, if you’re walking to town, it’s a steep hill back to the apartment at the end of your journey. We walked everywhere we went so we weren’t bothered by a good hill to finish our day.

We loved the fact that Franca picked us up from the train station, she had eggs, milk, orange juice, and water in the fridge for us and candies, chocolate, pastries, apples, tea, coffee, and more on the counters! Also a welcoming bottle of Prosecco! I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a better place.

A fabulous view from the balcony/terrace over Lake Como and Como itself. Views from the lounge room and bedroom windows also. Various breakfast items including cereal, milk, fruit and eggs were provided, and other unexpected touches made us feel at home immediately. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated. Franca is very friendly and helpful, a wonderful host. Franca met us at the train station and gave us a lift to the apartment, as well as a lift back to the station at the end of our stay. Easy access down the hill on foot via a road and path to the lake. Would highly recommend her apartment.

The appartment is lovely and comfortable, perfectly clean, with amazing view. There was everything we needed and even more. Franca is absolutely perfect host, so kind and helpful. She gave us tips to visit while exploring Lago di Como and its surroundings. There even was some basic food prepared for us for breakfasts - eggs, bread, some cereals and fruit - it was so nice of her! Hope to come back one day, 5 days were sp little.
