We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice location in a private residence, full of green and close to Linate airport. Pet friendly and really perfect place for my dog. Shops very close within the residence, nice view from the flat.

SpainEverything in the apartment is very good, very comfortable bed and sofa, the full kitchen to cook whatever you want. In the fridge there was ham, butter cheese, juice, milk and a beer. Fruit, bread and everything for breakfast. Many thanks to Terry and Giuseppe for the kindness. The area where it is located is very quiet and has everything. With a bus you are in the center of Milan without needing anything else. super recommended

PolandI haven't found sheets for the duvets and I think a cabinet in the bathroom was skipped during cleaning before our arrival. As it comes to breakfast, someone did a grocery shopping for us in the nearby shop on the first day for the whole stay - honestly if I knew that is the breakfast option I wouldn't choose it, we would buy higher quality groceries and fresh bread every day on our own since we were shopping anyway. Also, when we were preparing to leave I had troubles with the check out - the owner wasn't answering my messages and when I contacted the number on Booking, a lady that picked up didn't understand English and promised to call back. It never happened.
It was nice to have a whole well equipped apartment for use. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who gave us keys and showed the apartment. Nearby facilities offered everything we needed.
