How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location is perfect, close to all amenities and city centre, the cleanliness and the response from the host was amazing and very friendly, I would recommend 100% to stay in this accommodation!! We have had such a lovely time!! Thank you for your kindness!!

They don’t offer breakfast, the location is pretty close to the tram stop, also close to train station( 10 minutes walking)

I really can't recommend this enough! The apartment was so nice, clean and comfy, with facilities like TV, kitchen, even washing machine included, and a cute balcony. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly, thank you Eleonora! Finally, the location is perfect, with a direct 20-ish minutes tram ride to the centre (stop is 3 minutes away) and a Lidl close by. It is also close to a metro stop, which connects you to the central station, as well as the Unipol forum (if you're attending an event) which is only 3 stops away! It's also situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful canals and plenty of bars/cafes.

The kitchen shown in the photos is in reality in a common area shared with another apartment. This for me was unclear.
I wanted to stay close to the Navigli to experience this area. Yet with the tram stations just round the corner, its very easy to reach the city centre in just a few minutes.The apartment has everything that one needs with a spacious clean bathroom and comfy bed. We watched a game in San Siro and bus took us just under the apartment.

Neighbourhood was sketchy (dirty and graffiti everywhere). Not many tourists in the area.
Close to public transport but had to catch metro train and tram to accommodation. Location was near supermarket but a little noisy. Host was superb.

Location is a bit tricky to get to by public transportation but nothing to complicated
clean, and comforting also Luca is super nice and let us check out later than the normal schedule since our flight has been delayed. recommended

I am a huge fan of Navigli area and I was happy to discover this place. Friendly and very responsive host who provided perfect recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Stylish decoration. Well equipped kitchen. Tram stop within 3 minutes walk. Two mini-terraces: one in the common area and another one private. Air conditioning, huge towels, sufficient toiletries supply. Cozy and welcoming place, definitely saving for my future trips. NB: while the room has a private bathroom with entrance directly from the room, the kitchen is shared with the second room guests, was absolutely ok for us. Thanks!!

I loved everything. The owner was amazing, he helowe is so much. I would highly recommend ti everyone. Apartament is big, nice and so clean, located in Navigli. If I ever come back to Milan It will be to this place.

There is a coffee bar within a few minutes walk, other than that not much in the immediate vicinity. However, there is a superb grocery store open seven days a week within a 5 minute walk and with a full apartment at a reasonable price in Milano, you’ll be able to cater to all your needs.
Great value with this full apartment, perfect for two. The location is within 5-10 minutes from public transport. Luca is super friendly and very accommodating - we were even allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Super easy going. Grazie per tutto!

The flat is on the opposite side of the city from the central train station, a little off the center, which I should have checked before. (But it is very close to Navigli which is a great area to go out in the evening!)
The flat was very comfy and the contact with Luca (it was a self check-in) really extremely friendly -many thanks! A big plus, it is very calm at night in the bedroom.

Location in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes walk to tourist spots along the canal. The metro is far away, also a 15-minute walk, but there is a tram nearby. Large apartment with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom, quiet location. There is a shared kitchen with all necessary utensils.
