Noris was incredible - kind, supportive and highly responsive. The property itself is stunning - a split level oasis of calm and beauty, in the most stunning of locations. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

The Property can't issue VAT invoice. Pillow should be more soft and different sizes. High price, but apartment quality is really good.

This is a special place and we loved the location not being directly in town. Quiet but close enough if you like to walk at bit. Norris was absolutely amazing! She would get 15 stars from me if I could rate her... she helped us with many things but most of all she was just an amazing woman to meet. If I get a chance to come back to Bellagio I would stay here again. We had a lovely stay!

There was nothing not to like. The apartment exceeded my expectations. My partner stated he would have preferred to have stayed in the center of Bellagio due to the walk but for me the walk was absolutely fine as its not far from the center. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment is even better than the photos. Everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Norris was an amazing host going above and beyond. She picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back there on our departure. She left us food and prosseco which was a nice touch. Our adapter plug broke and Norris was so kind to give us a plug for our onward travel.

Simply everything perfect including a warm welcome. Even the fridge was fully loaded with everything you might need. Really nothing missing at all.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Bellagio, the owner was accommodating as we had come in by Bus from Lecco and had picked us up from the bus station… upon arrival to the house it has every amenity to feel at home… couldn’t rate this place higher and look forward to coming back again soon!

The property was beyond amazing! It was perfectly located just enough away from central Bellagio to have a quiet night getaway, but short enough to only have a relaxing 10 minute stroll taking in the gorgeous sights to find yourself on the cobbled streets of Bellagio sipping limoncello and enjoying Lake Como. The place was immaculate and beautiful and it’s clear Noris takes great pride and joy in her place. Speaking of Noris, you will not find a better host, EVER. She was helpful, responsive and proactive with advice, and she treated my wife and I like we have been friends for 20 years. Noris helped make this vacation so incredibly special and amazing going well above and beyond what a host normally does. She is fantastic! Book this place if you’re staying in Bellagio as this will be our only place we, or anyone we know will ever stay at!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Spacious, quiet and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well provisioned with plenty of supplies provided including fresh fruit. Excellent host who went out of their way to meet us and show how everything worked and provided advice on the area including recommendations. Great parking in gated complex with easy access. Walking distance into town and supermarket within 100m

the stairs to the bedroom could be a bit to watch out in the dark but there was really no problems! small stair light was very nice if needed! it’s private and a great location that allows you to take walks to the center of Bellagio and not feel crowded. we didn’t need anything!

we felt very lucky to have found this apartment for our short 3 days! Noris communicated well and was so gracious and informative. the apartment is very well equipped and thoughtful! we enjoyed having the parking so that we could walk as much as we wanted and leave the car in safety. I’m sure we will be back if there is another opportunity! a very very fond memory!

I would start with Mrs. Noris and her kindness! Something that you rarely can find. Big thanks for everything she has done for us. The apartment - is super clean and nice! You have everything you need. Water, juice, croissants, and pasta will wait for you. 10/10 15mins away from the center, a nice walk with a nice view. See you again, it was wonderful! ❤️

It’s a hidden gem situated within 15-20 minutes walk from the city center of Bellagio. Noris is one of the best hosts I have ever met - we felt as if at home. Moreover, she helped us with insights regarding sights to visit.
