That I couldn’t stay longer

Apartment is fabulous. I wish I stayed longer, but I was only there for my last two nights in Sardinia. I hope to come back and stay for a week. Overall my best experience of the six places that I stayed. Parking was easy and always available. The building is situated on a quiet side street with soundproof walls. I heard nothing at night. Peaceful sleep. Also the building is narrow so I had no apartments beside me. My apartment was on the top floor and has beautiful sunset views. No mosquitoes because of the height. The apartment is spacious, clean, and newly renovated with thoughtful details. The bed has a mattress topper. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh, new linens and towels of great quality. A coffee table book showcasing nearby beaches. Plenty of coffee and tea options. Extra water and snacks. An extra fan in the bedroom. A beach umbrella and a couple of beach mats. The manager, Monica, is helpful, kind, and very professional. What more can I say? It was perfect. I feel lucky to have found it. I love Arzechena. It’s a lovely mountain town with gorgeous views, and it’s centrally located for exploring many beaches and sights in the north and emerald coast. It even has a nuraghe complex and local museum. The boulder park has incredibly views. It’s the best place to stay in this area. It’s not a tourist town like many of the beach towns. You feel like you’re getting a more authentic experience. For better prices.

Nice modern looking and comfortable apartment, all was very clean. There was coffee/tea and basic breakfast items, water/drinks provided, which I didn't expect and was a nice surprise. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

The was a kitchen with everything we needed, the host was incredible!! She was so nice and even gives us some tips about the city and allowed us to leave our stuffs with her the day after before we checked out! There was a breakfast prepared when we arrived and every installation was good!

It was way better than we expected!! Everything new and beautiful!! We could see that it was make with love and affection! We love it!!

The property was amazing! Very comfortable sleep and location, a free parking space is also available nearby. The apartment was very clean and had the most comfortable sleep! A nice and well equipped breakfast was also available, including refreshing drinks. The host was very kind and helpful, highly recommended space :)

The apt is freshly renewed, and full of details that made our staying super comfortable and cozy, such as the welcome treats, coffee, comfy bed and amazing bath towels.

The property was just off the main road and very easy to find. It was very close to the charming old town centre at the top of the hill. The room was modern and stylish, and included a good coffee maker and a few breakfast provisions.

Monica's apartment is very bright and airy, offering a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with everything you need. With the air conditioning in the living room and open kitchen, the main area remains comfortably cool, and a fan is available in the bedroom for added comfort. The apartment's layout is well designed, featuring a little balcony that provides a beautiful view during both morning and evening hours. The bathroom and spacious walk-in shower are a generous size, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. A quick note about parking – many of the nearby parking spaces in this area are perched on steep hillsides. If you're driving a larger vehicle, navigating those slopes and tight streets can be a bit of an adventure. But fear not! With a bit of patience and caution, it's manageable just fine. And if luck is on one's side, you might snag a spot just a few meters away. Monica is truly the epitome of a warm and caring host, always ready to assist when needed. The apartment's central location makes it a perfect home base for exploring the northeastern part of Sardinia, with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The kitchen! It had all necessities. Our host Monica also provided us with lots of snacks, coffee, tea and water. We didn’t have to shop for breakfast which was great. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The famous stair art of Chiesa Santa Lucia was literally around the corner. The supermarkets are just a few walking minutes away. The host didn’t speak English but since I understand a little bit of italian, we could discuss the most important stuff. She was very helpful.

Everything was great, clean, spacious apartment in the good location. No problem to park a car nearby for free. Wifi and AC working fine.
