Nothing! Vincenzo even met us very late after our evening flight to show us around the flat and give us advice on making the most of our trip.

The apartment was lovely - we were able to spread out, enjoy the very well-equipped kitchen (thanks for all the coffee/drinks/food, Vincenzo!), and loved the beautiful area and having the beach close by. But it was Vincenzo who made our stay really amazing. He is so enthusiastic about the local area, its history and its produce, and was super-helpful in ensuring we had a great time.

From the moment we arrived till the end of our stay Lole; Vincenzo and family were exceptional hosts, we felt like we were visiting family. Vincenzo met us on arrival at nearest overnight car park and guided us to the property. The place was very spacious for a family of 4. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sparkly clean and bright. Perfect location with sea view. Kitchen stocked for us. We felt spoiled from the moment we walked in. Lots of handy tips from Vincenzo (and few gifts on departure). Highly recommended.

Wonderfully located, comfortable, very spacious apartment located in the old part of Trapani. The owners met us at the car park and brought us to the apartment. On our departure day, their son and daughter-in-law picked us up and drove us back to our car; such a nice family to work with. I would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed in many apartments but never have we been made to feel more welcome and at home. Iole, Vincenzo and Giuseppe were the loveliest people who shared their extensive knowledge of Trapani and surrounding areas with us, making our experience so much more enjoyable and authentic. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and well stocked. They provided us with endless water, fruit, milk, yoghurts, the list goes on. They even left us their own home made pasta and olive oil. They met us in the local car park which was very affordable and helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. The location is amazing in the heart of the old town. The sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This was a truly amazing apartment with so much charm and beauty!! It was in a very old building that was perfectly maintained, right in the center of shops and restaurants. The host picked us up at the car park and drove us around Trapani to give us a view of the city. He recommended places to visit and eat, and his recommendations were perfect. He and his sister were so kind and hospitable and available at all times. The view from the small balcony was beautiful, and the promenade to walk along the beach was directly across the street.

Lole was a kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful host. The best place we stayed while visiting Sicily! Also, the location is fabulous. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Trapani.

We had only 3 days... and we ran out of time to see Erice!

The apartment was quiet, beautifully characteristic and in an excellent location to take advantage of Trapani's waterfront and other activities. The view over the sea was amazing from the deck and the kitchen was very well stocked. They even provided us with some local pasta, olive oil and oregano from their garden. The car parking lot is a few blocks from the apartment but that wasn't a problem because they picked us up and brought us to the apartment when we arrived and their son drove us back when we left...and gave us even more of that delicious pasta and oil! They obviously know and love their area very much - as did we - and we would be very happy to return and to stay with them again.

The most exceptional host we've ever had! Iola and her husband went above and beyond, offering to pick us up and drop us off at the nearby parking area and taking care of all our luggage. They even provided fruits, wine, and water. The apartment boasts a stunning oceanfront location with a balcony. If I could, I'd rate it 11/10.

Incredible accommodation. Breathtaking sea views. Amazing host family. We have never experienced such caring and gracious hospitality. Trapani, Erice and Favignana were places we will never forget. We loved everything.

Vincenzo and Rosangela were perfect hosts. They met us to assist with luggage and could not have been more accommodating. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Marsala history and surrounding attractions. Marsala is an amazing hidden treasure with friendly people. English speakers are not as available as in other places in Italy we have visited, but the people were very patient to allow me to use my broken Italian and to understand. I do not think we could have found a better place or a better host. The sunset views from the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean were enough, but the pleasant surprises kept coming.

Excellent location, across from the beach, Host were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable. The apartment is in a no drive area, they met us at the car and helped us with all our bags, both when we arrived and when we left the home.

The extreme generosity and kindness from Iole and her family, who met us at the train station, helped us settle into the apartment and left refreshments and goodies for us in the apartment on arrival was much appreciated.

Fabulous, beautiful modern apartment right on the sea! The apartment had everything we needed. Our hosts provided an unexpected array of breakfast goodies, and bought special Trapani food products for us to take and try. They were super generous with their time meeting us and getting settled. They are very enthusiastic and lovely hosts. They also have us many tips for things to see on our road trip after we left the apartment. Most appreciated!

Honesty cannot think of a thing.

Hands down the best travel experience perhaps of my entire life. The host family are immensely courteous, generous, compassionate & were extremely kind. The apartment is gorgeous with world class view from balcony, large spacious beautiful rooms, fully stocked kitchen & perfect location in old town centre. It was a truly fabulous experience we will never forget. From the heart I can say this was absolutely wonderful & magical experience to stay here & the hospitality was really just extraordinary. Erice (a MUST -see mountain top village) above is just a beautiful 15 minute funicular trip away.
