Amazing experience! Located in a comfortable place close to the station with a nice commute to the Bologna Centrale. Apartment is clean and the owner is open and very helpful. I recommend!

We could have done with one or 2 more towels but it wasn't really a problem. Also we couldn't find a coffee machine in the apartment. Maybe there was one and we couldn't find it. We saw only a kettle. Again it wasn't a problem as we had breakfast on the road. Otherwise I could have written a message to Michela and I'm sure she would have helped.

Just what we needed on our overnight stop while driving from southern Italy back home. The host is a lovely lady who took the initiative to write me the day before and sent us all the information we needed to access the place. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 5 with 3 small kids. There was also a washing machine.

Clean and tidy apartment. It had everything a family a four needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very easy to communicate with Michela through WhatsApp. Very convenient being able to park right outside the door.

Place is quite big. It has private parking space. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Despite being next to the train station, it was very quiet and we heard no outside noise

It was an excellent little apartment. The location was close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and metro station. The apartment was modern. Ms. Michele was very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna, as it is suitable for families.

Slightly away from the centre. About 20min ride by taxi. But there is a bus stop and train station 2min away which is perfect.

The apartments are spacious and well kept. Very close to the airport. Michela the hostess was very helpful, and responded to all our queries even ensuring we had a late checkout as we have a baby with us. Overall, a great stay!

The perfect stay after long flight with a young family, they left a floor jigsaw for our boys which was a kind gesture. Also lovely surprise for us adults two beers, water and cola.

The gas heater is loud and comes on every time someone uses hot water - not a problem, unless someone sleeps in the kitchen and some else uses the hot water accidentally.

The apartment is very clean and most of the fittings are new and in very good shape. Despite its small size, it can accommodate 4 adults (for a short stay). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is top notch - sparking clean, fluffy towels, fit with all consumables. Michela, the host, was very friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. I recommend it for short stays in Bologna for groups or families. There is also a private parking place behind a closed gate.

The property was perfect- a 2 minute walk from the train station- Michela, our host, provided excellent information and responded immediately even met us at the property to be sure all was right ! great restaurants to walk to - we went to a local restaurant which was friendly and food delicious!
