Everything was perfect!

The location is breathtaking. The view when you wake up feels like heaven. There's less than 200m to the beach. Very clean and cozy apartment, amazing customer service. Maria and her mom (the hosts) are the sweetest people you could meet. From the very first minute they make you feel at home and help with anything you need: extra cutlery, umbrella, orientation tips to make the most of your holiday. I can't recommend this location enough! If you're looking for genuine Ischian experience, go for this location and forget about the fancy hotels that offer you the same as everywhere.

The location , the amenities and most of all the friendly service . Maria the owner and Giovanna the taxi driver and the cleaning lady were all so kind and treated us like family and provided all our needs . Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea , bus stop to go to forio and around island right in front of the property makes commute so convenient and easy . Ask Maria for bus schedule it’s more than what Google maps shows . Forio and Cetera are the best places to stay because it’s cozy not as crowded as ischia Porto . The torn communal market in the center of forio has all the fresh seafood and produce you need and accessible by one short bus ride . Thank you so much for all your help we will be back !!!

Bed is a little harder than I like but it didn't really bother me I'm very adaptable So no worries

Maria is very sweet. She made everything perfect. I love the location This being my first trip to Ischia, I was just blown away at the island beauty, the nice people, the affordable prices and most of all, the sunsets Absolutely glorious I must say this apartment is spotless. Super clean And meeting other travelers, we listen to music, drank wine & had the best vacation I am a solo female traveler so I was excited to walk around. The island is very walkable & busses are the best choice for transportation.

The apartment was in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Our room was clean, had air con & a great bathroom. Maria was a wonderful host with lots of local tips, bus timetables & helped us with some washing.

Our room wasn’t so private, with others shared, we missed microwave at morning coffees.

View from the balcony was very nice, 5 mins from the public beach and Poseidon gardens.

The host, Mery, is great, very helpful and friendly. She was always available on WhatsApp for any queries. The location was fantastic! Very close to the beach and to giardini Poseidon. We found some lovely restaurants and bars close by (Jamm Ja and U Paravis). The bus is convenient to go to other beaches/parts of the island. The apartment was a bit tiny, especially the kitchen and common area. The TV is just a small monitor on the side, but we spent most of our time outdoors so it didn't matter to us. For someone who is looking for a relaxing stay at an apartment, this is not one for that. There is some very basic kitchen equipment, again not convenient for a long stay, but was okay for us for 4 days. Mery brought us coffee one day. There is a minimarket close by, so that's useful! I would definitely come back here for it's location!

The location was perfect for visiting the Thermal Spa. The hostess was friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for us. Very simple, clean, and the water and sunset views are amazing. We hope to stay there again someday.

the smell in the room, air conditioning very old, maybe the smell was from it. But the smell was as of old apartment, I haven't understood from where it was.

The view near the apartments, but not from the apartment. It's as on main photo. But table with that view belong to another apartment near that. But you can see it every morning. The bath was renovated. It's great as apartment if you want to stay and cook yourself. The owner of apartment was very kind.
