The receptionist could be more friendly.

It is a room located on the ground floor. It has two entrances and is spacious enough. Good for a ski holiday in Livigno. Good facilities, close to the resort center, with grocery stores nearby.

My only comment would be to perhaps add a few more utensils and kitchen items for those that cook (for example a few more knives, wine glasses and a wine opener). Otherwise really great.

However, radiator in the bathroom didn't work. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels (only 1) Kitchen can be better equipped - there should be more everything:plates, glasses, cups, pots, knives etc

Provision of one toilet roll wasn’t ideal for us. More bed pillows would have been desirable, not all people sleep with 1. Under the bed needs sweeping out, only on looking for something I checked and was very dusty. Felt the outside was icy, could have been made slightly safer for guests. Heading down the road with ski’s etc was slippy, along with using the downstairs ski storage area. A folder relating to local transportation links would have been helpful I.e which bus, stops, along with maybe some restaurant recommendations.

Clean overall in general, spacious, location was good! Nice views from windows. Heating facilities were great, always felt nice and cosy, and very easy to use. Shower was very good!

Needed a little bit of maintenance. It didn’t ruin our stay but the shower hose was leaking so the power through the actual shower head was weak. The ski room locker didn’t lock (maybe needed new batteries). No coffee or tea. Would have liked 2 pillows or a least a couple spare as the one I had was very thin. I usually only have one pillow at home. Hair dryer didn’t work, it heated up but didn’t blow any air through, felt very dangerous. As I said nothing major but lots of little bits that would have made the apartment extra lovely. We run a holiday let on the uk so we know how difficult it can be. The apartment was certainly in the perfect location!

Wifi it is very bad and reception didn’t help us with it, in apartments we found another WiFi but we didn’t find a password for it. Heater working only for 5 mins and it’s not enough to to dry clothes. Reception said that it is for beauty, and when you need to dry closes after skiing it is very uncomfortable. Not real clean, but not critical.

Not too many utensils, fine for occasional usage only. There could be a problem to dry all your clothes at once if you are on winter holidays. Light sensor was not working, the light was still on in the "connecting room".

Modern two bedrooms apartment. Lots of cabinets, shelves for clothes. A quite place. A bus stop near by.

Loud people in the next building during the night on the balcony, only because our aim was get up early and ski not to drink and party all night.

Location very good, close to the shop and to the lifts, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower are always my main essentials. tasty pizza place just next door. Beautiful views, and absolutely fabulous walking routes.

Check-out could be made a bit later, 9am is too early, considering this is an apartment and one has to do cleaning before moving out.

The apartment is very modern and well equipped, yet cosy, thanks to traditional alps shalet architecture with wooden ceilings. Windows are big and overlook the mountains in the bedroom - waking up with such a great view was super nice!

It was nice that the Hotel Astra offered us one day at the sauna for free but please check the showers at the wellness because they smell a little bad and I would remove running machine from there because its totally out of place

Very small things that could improve but not worth a mention. Only big disappointment for us really was the location of the apartment being misleading on the Booking.com Website. It showed the location right in town at the main Hotel Astra and at the ski slope and restaurants and shops. The actual apartment was more than 4.2Km away from where the booking location shows on the quite bottom side of town. We did not have our own car and spent much of our holiday time trying to figure out bus routes and walking long distances to get by, especially at night when buses stop running.

Apartment was spacious and very neat. Everything was just about new. Two bathrooms was a plus. Really comfortable.

Kitchen utensils were really basic and the place was a bit far from where we were skiing the most. But overall we can’t complain too much, the place was one of the best I’ve seen in Italy.

The place was spacious enough for 2 couples. It was the only place we found with separate bathrooms.

We missed bowls to eat cereal in the morning and wine glasses (there was only one). Some additional cutlery would not be bad. No places to store the shoes. They had to stay behind the door to the balcony or on the way behind the door of the kitchen.

The location was really good. There was a bus stop close to the apartment, but it was only ten minutes by feet from San Rocco and 15 minutes from Carosello 3000. Lots of restaurants, stores and supermarket close to it. From the apartment one can make very nice walks in all directions. The beds were comfortable, size of the bedroom ok for three people. Bathroom with a very good shower! The kitchen was not very big, but comfortable. Very big balcony.

You need to buy all the day to day basic supplies including a dishwashing liquid soup and toilet paper. There was no washing machine in the apartment, however in the building there is one and a tumble dryer for clothes, which can be used against a fee. Also, clean towels will be changed against a fee....you cannot stay using the same towels for 6 consecutive nights. They should consider to start offering at least a free change of towels after the 3rd night, taking into consideration the amount of money we paid for our stay. We were a family, the beds were not conformable as they gave us twin beds, which although you put them together they stayed like 10cm - 15cm apart. Our son couldn't sleep comfortable with us + even for us it wasn't that comfortable.

Our accommodation was in Bait Molin. Apartment is fully equipped, including stove, microwave, dish washer and fridge. Located close to the lake of Livigno. A very quite area. There is a bus stop just in front of the apartment, were 2 lines of busses pass every 30 minutes, which is quite convenient for who wishes to use the free busses to room around Livigno. The property has parking space reserved for it guests. Note that Check-in was in another location, for us it wasn't that much of an issue as we had a car.
