Property is suitable for a family with a great master double room, then a weird mezzanine with 4 single beds, no other furniture, which is open to the lounge below. Not suitable for two couples who both need somewhere to hang clothes/ski gear etc.

The apartment was great location and had everything you need. If I was going to give a little criticism, it needs more hooks for bath towels and ski gear. Defiantly more sockets in the kitchen, better pillows. Other than that, great stay. Thank you.

The heating was difficult to manage - the apartment was either too hot or too cold. Often rented properties don’t provide instructions about how the thermostats work - it’s very frustrating. It would be great if the basic food essentials were provided I.e. sugar, salt, cooking oil, coffee and tea..

The decor was warm (all wood finishes) and cosy. It was spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect right in centre of the town and given we came by train we didn’t have to worry about parking. The staff at the reception are very nice and patient- thank you!

It wasn’t cleaned fully when we arrived. Electrical wire had tape around it. Shower held in by a shoe lace. We were sent a photo of the property just after booking but it was the same one we were allocated.

Has a very Italian feel about it. 6-7 mins from the centre (uphill).

We liked everything about the property. What we did not like is lack of communication, lack of customer service. We were not sent instructions how to get in until after our first night. Luckily we found the ABC group office just before they closed at 5pm ish. A lady there sent us to some other place to get a key, without explaining where the flat was. Non responsive communication, same at check out. Luckily we did not have any issues with the flat, so did not have to liaise with them too much.

Property was in great location, great design, beautiful flat, lots of space.

An extra toilet would have been useful. Undercounter lighting in the kitchen would have made the apartment exceptional, but I’m being picky.

Not the easiest place to unload a very full car, however free parking nearby, was a welcome bonus

Lovely modern studio apartment, with obvious care and attention made to make it very warm and comfortable. Easy walking distance to many appealing restaurants.

Actual location was unknown until arrival. Farther from the village than anticipated. Need a shuttle to access village when carrying items and the shuttle stopped at 5pm making after hours movement difficult.

The kitchen is not stocked properly. There are no lids for the pots. There are no wine glasses. And it would be nice if there were more than one knife per person. Maybe just 4 ekstra of each thing, maybe even just 2.

The only negatives were that there was nowhere to dry our ski gear. Luckily we had good weather, so this wasn't a problem. Also, the only mirror was in the bathroom which got steamed up! It was a but of a walk up a steep hill to the chair lift, so we paid for ski storage.

A fabulous clean and spacious apartment in a great location right in the centre of the old town. The cooking facikities were great and it had a lovely big dining table. Check was really quick and there was a ski hire shop right underneath it.

Only 2 tiny tiny negatives, the apartment bedrooms could do with some hooks on the back of the doors or walls for hanging ski jackets/salopettes/ robes etc. The kitchen facilities were very good but if you were planning to eat in and cook every night, a bigger frying/ sauté pan and spatulas would be the icing on the cake. Great place!

Great location next to the chair lift! Modern and comfortable apartment, I would definitely recommend.

Nothing. Bathroom was a little small near the shower, but really not a big issue.

Really loved the location and the apartment was a great size for 2 adults. Staff were great at communicating with us.

Some things in the kitschen were missing, like big Bowls (for salad or so), and kitchen towels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments great, although I can't remember booking a bed in the living area, which the apt had... Some things, like kitchen towel, were missing.

The wood in the apartments. Our group kept getting wood splinters in their fingers, legs, toes, feet. We had 3 appartments between the three families and we all had the same problem.

Location was amazing off the main square. Appartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

A coded entry system with the key in a secured coded box. It appeared the apartment was very close to Hotel K2 where my friends were staying when actually that was just the office… a bit misleading!

Location was great, very peaceful area. The reception was closed when I arrived so I did have to wait a couple of hour with my suitcase on the street!
