Only one card to enter the building, when one family member stayed in the room , not possible to open the door downstairs remotely. I had to run downstairs to open manually. There should be 2 cards per appartement.

Really comfortable, spacious and clean apartament. Nice bathroom with a big shower and a washing machine. Enough space to sit and enjoy your meal on the terrace.

Its a lovely boutique hotel with a bit of a chic touch to it . Everything about this accommodation was amazing , it had everything I needed for my stay ! Staff were kind and friendly , Edith made sure my gluten-free breakfast needs were met Every morning. They even up graded me as I was staying for 4 nights . The hot shower was relaxing and very welcoming after a day out in the sun . BELLISSIMO!! I would definitely stay here again !

Never any staff at reception to help with any questions and information about leaving cases on the last day. Seemed to work very random times and other than check in we didn’t see anyone. Quite a quiet area of lake Garda but close enough to a few amenities

Lovely big modern room! Brilliant shower facilities and a tv and fridge in the room. Breakfast included cooked upstairs and very nice with a friendly woman serving you coffee. Bar next door very friendly and helpful!

Internet was basically non existant in our room. Only worked by the reception or on the breakfast room. The AC wasnt really working as it should.

The location is great. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful during his working hours. The lady at the breakfast room also was very nice and the attention was always top.

Hotel is located in center of the little village, close by is parking free. The breakfast is quite good, everyday the same, you can have scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bacon a little bit of vegetables and also sweet options. Room was nice, I really appreciate when room has blinds which can make complete dark in a room, which was the case. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds, which was nice. A little thing was that furniture on the beach was tied together with metal chains, which means it was a bit hard to move with the chairs and sunbeds in order to be in the shade.

The breakfast is always the same but is good.

Very nice staff speaking French, English and German. Everything is very clean (they clean room every day if you don’t put the « don’t disturb » sign on the door 😃😃) , the rooms are big, comfortable, very nice decorated. you have water every day, coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom is spacious and very clean also. The entire interior design is cozy and with good taste. The room the I had view to the Castel and from the balcony I good stay and admire it. and also was silent, you can make dark in the room due to the electrical stores and you can sleep till late in the morning if you wish 😃😃 The breakfast room is upstairs in the « attic » but very nice design and is quiet. Located in the center of Padenghe you get easy to the Castel, to the beach or any other transportation. One word: EXCELLENT

Some of the photos were a little misleading in terms of the ones showing the lake. I paid extra for a balcony because I thought I would be able to see the lake from it but I couldn’t. the lake was much further away than I thought and not easily accessible. only negative is the location and accessibility to the lake

At times the shower wasn’t letting out much hot water, so unfortunately we had a couple of cold showers. Once you’re checked in, you let yourself in via a side door, as reception is rarely open. This was no problem for us generally, but there were occasions where we would have liked help/advice with local buses etc and there was nobody around to ask. It also meant we had nowhere to go about the cold water issue.

A lovely little property located in Padenghe. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The staff were really kind and gave us plenty of information upon check-in. The breakfast is located in a cafe next door which is really nice. The staff there were really lovely, too. The hotel has its’ own bikes that you can use for free, which was a really nice touch and helped us to get around.

Reception times are limited to business hours. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe but it only opens at 8 so for business travels not so handy. Other than that the cafe staff and service are excellent.
