Wonderful place to stay with family, host was very accommodating and responsive, the place was clean and had more than what we expected to be there, the place was wonderful. The location made life easy. We walked to the Vatican, the trevi fountain, Spanish steps, perfect location five stars place.

The mattresses on the beds are very soft. Showers didn’t have strong pressure. But overall, a very nice place.

The location was great for us, near Via del Corso and Via Condotti. You can go walking to every place in Rome from the appartment (Fontana di Trevi, Vaticano, Trastevere, etc) and it is 3/4 blocks from Piazza Spagna and 7/8 from Piazza del Popolo. Everything was great.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We were a family of 5. Two QS bedrooms and double pull out sofa in the family room. Two bathrooms. Mattresses, towels and sheets were clean and good. All amenities were provided, washing machine, bar fridge, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc.. We were met at the apartment to receive keys and a quick handover. We were in a lovely part of the city, close to luxury shops, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, St Peter's Cathedral. Supermarket close by for supplies. We walked everywhere easily. The train station is a little further away, 30 minute walk. Need to catch a bus or taxi. We got a bus halfway and walked the rest. We felt safe inside the apartment and the surrounding streets. The hosts responded to our messages promptly and advised what restaurants to eat at when asked. A folder of information was provided. The only concern, was very minor, The electric stove was a little tricky to use. Would stay here again. We always enjoy our visit to Rome.

We loved our stay here. This family run business was amazing. The apartment in centred in the heart of Rome. Spanish steps were a 5-10 minute walk away and the Trevi fountain was 15-20. We walked all around Rome and felt this accommodation was perfect for our family with a 14 year old and a 6year old. They were very accommodating with our check in and out time. I would highly recommend staying here as everything is so local and it has lots of high end shops and also high street shops at its door step. The apartment is also 2 minute walk away from the supermarket also. We can not wait to visit Rome again and we will be staying here again!

The apartment was very nicely furnished, beds were very comfortable, loved the two bathrooms within the rooms and the kitchen was very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and on site in case help was needed. The location was excellent, supermarket, great restaurants, historical sites and shopping all within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

Adding a broom would be helpful So the guests can clean up any crumbs that falls on the ground.

There was nothing I can think of to improve this stay, it was perfect.

We were given code to get in but also met to explain where everything was and how it worked. There was a bowl of fresh fruit. cereal and milk available for breakfast. The location is fantastic right in the heart of the historical city centre, walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Spagna subway station adjacent to Spanish steps was a 6 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and well appointed there is easily enough room for 6 people although we only had 3. There is also a full kitchen and washing machine.

We were greeted by Nicolo and he helped us settle in, even if we had a late flight. Veronica was very helpful with all our request and inquiries. Apartment is centrally located, we really loved it. Such a great stay in the property. Highly recommended.

The elevator is very small but loved it so antique and stairs were so easy to use to go down stairs

Perfect location and very convenient communication with the owner, the main bedroom and little living room with sofa bed can be closed with a door to have a private suite - this was so convenient for us with another couple in the other room (total of 6) Very safe with many locks to reach the apartment, most attractions are easily reached by foot

There wasn’t a clothes dryer. For a tourist’s accommodation, this is very necessary. I know they are not common in Italy, but without a balcony, it takes 2-3 days for clothes to dry which is very hard for a travelling family.

The location was incredibly central and just couldn’t be better. Very spacious & comfortable for our family of 5. Clean too. Veronica the host is beyond excellent with assistance and communication.

The fridge was hard to close and the pillows were a little bit too flat for me. Location was amazing but we found that next time we might like to be closer to Trastevere

We LOVED the staff. The welcome was amazing. The air conditioning was much needed and amazing. Laundry was great. Lift was amazing for my mom who hates stairs.
