Room 165 had a constant wasp infestation so you couldn't open the bathroom windows otherwise you would have lots of wasps enter. It also had a ant infestation and was unpleasant to see. The resort was so strict on people wearing a head covering when swimming in either pool for hygiene reasons when in fact the pools had dead wasps and insects floating around in the water because the filter system was weak so didn't really want to be in that water and you had to buy a head cap. There was no air conditioning in the rooms and at night you couldn't sleep with the windows open or you would get eaten alive with mosquitos despite it being very hot. The people looking after us could just about speak English so trying to understand what we was saying was a bit of a issue and just think things could be improved for guests staying in this resort. We was charged extra for having a WiFi dongle that kept cutting out when near by places and shops would offer free wifi, it's a common thing now but this place lacks the ability to offer this service, we was told try not to drink the tap water as they don't know if it's safe to drink in less your boiling it so we had to buy bottle water bottle for the week. Your rubbish had to be walked out of the resort to bins located off the premise. Simple things turned out to be long process and the lifts take ages to arrive while waiting for them. If your lucky you'll find parking as it some times get very full.

The views of the lake are very nice from the balcony and the kitchen provided was compact with every thing that you needed.

A wonderful place with beautiful views. Our apartment on the 7th floor had wonderful views, with two balconies. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The area is wonderful, a 4-minute drive to the lake, a very clean swimming pool, and access to the tennis, soccer, and basketball courts. The owner, Silvio, was wonderful, and he helped with everything and provided detailed information and tourist attractions. We will definitely be back.

Better lightening (white light) at the beds would have been nice. And maybe you could repair the insect net at the window. Maybe also more tourist brochures.

We were not aware that the apartment was being renovated. It was unfinished and had exposed pipes and building work visible. Some parts were very modern and others dated. The apartment block was quite a way from a town so you had to drive and the roads were steep and narrow making driving challenging

The view from the apartment was amazing. The hosts gave lots of information and were easily accessible. The apartment had all equipment that we needed. The amenities were great: pool, bar etc

It has a moth infestation!! We also were visited by a huge spider. Because of that, I couldn't fully enjoy the apartment. Some places need a deep cleaning, for example the knobs from the bathtub don't really give the feeling of cleanliness. It gives you some things like 2 tablets for the washing machine, 2 for the dishwasher etc and presents it to you like a huge gift. There is no shower gel, no shampoo, at least not in the bathroom above. And you have to pay extra for the wifi, maybe that's an Italy thing I don't know. But I get the 'cheap' vibe for an expensive apartment

The view from the apartment is fantastic, I love it. The open second floor is also very nice, with its own bathroom, perfect. The apartment has almost everything you need. The size of the apartment is very nice. The beds are comfy.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room we were allocated on the ground floor was infested with ants. Despite keeping all food sealed and stored properly—most of it in the fridge—we constantly found ants throughout the room. The situation worsened when they reached our children’s bed. After the first night, our kids were unable to sleep in their own beds and had to sleep with us in the extra beds for the remainder of the stay. When I raised this concern with the host, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told, “Hi, it often happens, we're in the middle of nature, if the scout ants find food they arrive en masse, we can only interrupt the convoy, I'll send a girl to help.” While I understand that being close to nature may bring occasional insect issues, a hospitality business should have adequate pest control in place—especially when it impacts guests' comfort and hygiene. To make matters worse, when I expressed how serious the problem was, the host responded by saying the room was the "cheapest one," implying that this level of service and cleanliness was to be expected. We paid nearly €600 for five nights—this is not a “budget” stay, and certainly not a reason to tolerate a pest problem. This experience significantly affected our holiday, and I would not recommend this property unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, pest control, and guest communication.

The apartment was under renovation - there were plenty of unfinished portions with dust and cement all over. This rendered the shelves of the cupboards and some of the furniture too dusty to be usable. This would have been ok for us if it was mentioned before - and our expectations were aligned - but, unfortunately that wasn't the case

The apartment location is superb, with a great view of the lake and the nearby towns. The host was really helpful and informative. The terrace adjoining the apartment is big and pleasant.
