We were not aware that the apartment was being renovated. It was unfinished and had exposed pipes and building work visible. Some parts were very modern and others dated. The apartment block was quite a way from a town so you had to drive and the roads were steep and narrow making driving challenging

The view from the apartment was amazing. The hosts gave lots of information and were easily accessible. The apartment had all equipment that we needed. The amenities were great: pool, bar etc

It has a moth infestation!! We also were visited by a huge spider. Because of that, I couldn't fully enjoy the apartment. Some places need a deep cleaning, for example the knobs from the bathtub don't really give the feeling of cleanliness. It gives you some things like 2 tablets for the washing machine, 2 for the dishwasher etc and presents it to you like a huge gift. There is no shower gel, no shampoo, at least not in the bathroom above. And you have to pay extra for the wifi, maybe that's an Italy thing I don't know. But I get the 'cheap' vibe for an expensive apartment

The view from the apartment is fantastic, I love it. The open second floor is also very nice, with its own bathroom, perfect. The apartment has almost everything you need. The size of the apartment is very nice. The beds are comfy.

The apartment is in a nice area but about 3 km away from restaurants. We rented the apartment in spring and during the night there were around 10 degrees which felt cold also in the apartment. In two of the rooms the heater did not work very well.

The apartment it is placed in an area with a great view somewhere uphill. There is a swimming pool, which is not available in the spring, free parking and playing courts. The host, Silvio, is verry verry helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. We arrived late at the apartment and Silvio was kind to wait for us, even though we paid for the late check in. Silvio also gave us a list with all the restaurants and supermarkets in the area which was very helpful.

Booking does not give important information, or it is hidden, that after 18,30 there is a 20 euro late check-in fee. The host states this in his message, but after you have already booked the apartment. At night it is difficult to get to the Apartments if you type in the street number, type in Cielo Kosmopolitan in the navigation then you will get to the entrance gate, not the rock.

Very clean, beautiful view from super balcony, nice place for short as well as long stay. Apartment very well equipped nothing is missing. I recommend

There was no shower upstairs. It was the first time I’ve ever had to pay for linens, WI-FI, and extra because we were late when we couldn’t find the property. When we arrived Silvio was rude asking why I was being aggressive after some curt messages from him. I’m a single woman traveling with 2 of my four children. During the 30 minute conversation with Silvio I think he looked at me maybe 3 minutes which I found very disrespectful. Maybe he thought my 21 year old son was paying the bill?

The views were amazing! There were amenities we did not use but they looked nice.

The two extra beds could be a bit more sturdy and to also have air conditioning would be great.

The location was great, so nice there is a swimming pool and a bar with the greatest view, you can imagine. The kitchen was clean and complete, the apartment was spacious, with two balconies and enough storage room.

Room/bad was a bit dated and you definitely need a car for location as not a lot around. There are a few restaurants 5 minutes drive though.

Some not too important details: the entry hours are limited and if you arrive later than stated, you have to pay a fee to get in. The wifi is also paid. The deposit is collected in cash. All this check-in and check-out procedure might be organised a bit better. There are no curtains on the huge window and no AC.

This brutal outstanding building is somewhat alien to the Lake Como surroundings. However, you will find perfect views, well equipped room (on two levels, with winding stairs in our case), coffee machine, outside pool etc. Nice, efficient and picturesque stay. Nice drive to Bellagio or other small towns around the lake. Good communication with the host.

The room could do with AirCon or at least a fan, it got very hot whilst we were there, the small bedroom leads into the main bedroom.

There is no restourant!

Very good view! Very friendly staff always ready to help! Large swimming pool, live music at the bar on weekends! Exit from the bar to the terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Como!

No air conditioning. The building is very old and needs renovation. The elevator is from 1976. Actually during our stay someone was renovating early morning (start at 6:30 next drilling and hammering at 7:30). Small shower with cartoons that reminded me my dormitory :).

I have view from the balcony of practically the entire Lake Como. The apartment is located on 8th floor. Two balcony. Nice and helpful service. Swimming pool and sunbeds for free. Parking available on site. Number of appliance available in the apartment.
