However, the window faced an inner courtyard, so the room was quite dark. You could hear water running, probably from nearby pipes. The toilet was right next to the room, but you still had to step out into a shared space to access it, and it could only be locked from the inside – not ideal for privacy. Also, things like the kettle and other utensils were only available in the shared area.

The only problem was first the Wifi which was very weak. The heating/cooling system inside the room was noisy which we had to turn off to be able to sleep. The rest were all very good.

All I can say the location is very good plus the cleanliness of the whole place. It is located on the first floor accessible by elevator.

Bathroom could have been better cleaned. There were long dark hair on walls around the shower. The shower hose has black mould on it.

Excellent location. Nice communal area and a basic kitchen. Could be upgraded with a cork screw. Very good place for one night.

the wifi in our room didnt work at all. And even our mobil data didnt work. There was simply no connection inside. Including being able to make a call. It only worked at the shared living room

it was really central and very close everywhere by foot. And the owner was really helpful and returned to the messages really fast

We didn’t realize when the add said double occupancy that it meant another couple would be in the apartment. We where not expect that. Linens where clean but couch is ripped and stained.

The shower was quite moldy, and when booking this we thought we got the whole apartment when it was shared. We had our own bathroom and bedroom but the living room and kitchen was shared. We didn’t hear the people in the other room at all so wasn’t to bad but wish I would’ve known it was shared before booking.

Bathroom needs renovating. Extractor fan did not work. Shower was good but water spilled through leaking shower screen. Grouting round bath and hand basin grotty. Hand basin had something stuck down the waste pipe.

Location excellent. 15/20 mins walk from station, only 5 mins from Cathedral complex. Good comfortable bed and pleasant bedroom. Pleasant lounge area.

Weirdly I had the rooter in my room and... It was slow ? But the day after everything was back to normal

The room in itself was actually good and the location was perfect ! In the heart of Florence it was wonderful. Also big kuddos to the owner, they helped me a lot and were always up for me!

Air-conditioning did not work. We mentioned it to cleaners after our first night. They said they would pass on the info. Bathroom is terrible - leaks badly all over the place. Grouting is filthy. Cupboard is broken. Sheets and towels are old and worn out. My bath towel had a big hole in the middle!

The internet connection is very bad, only works well in the living room and it’s not a place to spend time due to the very small sofa; no confortable. Coffee machine did not work. It needs repairs in the bathroom or install a new courting door. Water spills all over.

I had not realized that the apt was not for me alone but there was another room which also used the kitchen and living room (they had their own bathroom). No soap, no drying towel and not hand towel in kitchen. Laundry machine broken.

location. Apt was big, price was low, help from staff was very good. The elevator came directly in the apt. So it was like private elevator. De luxe!

It is not possible to ventilate the room, because when you open the window, you can smell cigarette smoke from the surrounding apartments, since the window is in the direction of the closed space between the buildings and not to the street.

The location and accessibility are really great, living right in the center. The apartment also includes a kitchen and a common room. The landlady answered always quickly.
