How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The area has not a lot to offer, but we knew about it when we booked.
It was close to the airport and the host provided us very clear instructions on how to arrive.

It's a pity there's no TV in the room.
Very convenient location, a 10-minute walk with a wheeled suitcase to the airport. A 5-minute walk away is the excellent Chef Vincenzio restaurant. Apartment (number 2) with a separate bathroom, a room with an extra bed, and a living room with an additional sofa - clean and spacious. Great contact with the property manager.

It was really hot in the apartment, the AC couldn’t cool down the apartment.
Everything was really good, the owner helped us with check in, here instructions were amazing, we checked in super fast. The apartment had everything that we needed for one night. Super close from the airport 10 min walk

Though we spent about 30 minutes running around trying to find the right road. We had a late arrival, and at night the road to the apartment was completely deserted. There were only warehouses around, and we (2 girls) were scared, especially when some car started following us and we had to run to the apartment.
The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the airport.

Great location for a transfer stay before the flight. Just 15min by feet to the Departures. Apartment well equipt and easy to find.

Very nice and clean apartament. Perfect place if you need to stay close to the airport- about 12 min on foot. Frederica gave us very clear instruction how to get there are where are the keys.

We didn't find a kettle to boil water for tea! Maybe it was well hidden! 🤭
I liked that the apartments are very close to the airport and there was good communication with the apartment owner. I received very detailed information about how to get to the apartments. Thank you!

Nothing in the surroundings, no pizzeria or any other eatery. Nothing to eat.
Very close to airport, some 10 minutes or less walk to airport. Clean appartment.

This is just more a comment rather than a critic: pillows provided are too flat (3 in total, my friend used two and I used one) It'd be nice to have extra pillows, different that the one provided, so people can choose or use together with the existing ones.
We arrived very late at night but all the instructions were given via Whatsapp that morning. Place easy to reach from the airport in a walkable distance (around 15 mins with suitcases). No issues at all with self check-in/out. It was a flat with a doubled-bed room with a cot, kitchen&dinning area and toilet well equipted. So the flat could accomodate 3 people (there were two of us)

Would have been nice to have a tv in the room, rather than having a microwave to look at when sitting on the sofa.
Location was within walking distance to the airport which was great. Nice and clean and tidy.

1) Given the location of the apartment (not close to shops) a bottle of water in August for a family arriving in late evening would have been nice. 2) Little things could make the apartment nicer (there is bidet but no soap for bidet; the shower gel is just on the floor of the shower; one side table in the bedroom did not allow to pass easily; etc.). 3) Overall, this is the right place for a night before taking a flight.
Owner very nice and responsive. The apartment is about 10 minutes walking distance from the airport.

Everything was nice! Beds were a little uncomfortable, but you can sleep!
The apartments were clean and quiet. They were pretty easy to find. Definitely reccomend for someone who has a flight at night! It's only 14 mins from the apartment.
