Had a perfect time at Casetta Zio Franco! It’s ideally located close to the centro storico of Polignano and the room’s traditional but modern & well-equipped. Loved the sauna specifically! Nico was really kind & helpful throughout our stay, he helped arrange our boat tour, took care of our luggage after we checked out, allowed us to check-in a full 3hours early, and even called a tuktuk for us. Would recommend a thousand times over!

Absolutely all was perfect

Exceeded my expectations. Starting with the hospitality of the host - he is amazing! The location is great. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. And the private sauna and the design of the room - 10 points. The breakfast was also surprising, it is excellent! I will definitely come back here. I wish you to maintain such a high level.

The location was very central to everything. The breakfast coupon at a local cafe worked very well the breakfast was delicious. Nico was a great host providing information on restaurants for lunch and dinner. He was just a text away.

The host was amazing! Went above and beyond to assist with everything regarding parking, check-in/out and to pick us up to reach our room. The room is very carefully designed and beautiful as well as comfy. Although it's on the ground floor it's on a very quiet street, close to the touristy area (2 min walk) but avoiding all the hustle. Would definitely recommend for it's price.

A wonderful apartment in the centre of town. This charming property was very clean, comfortable and spacious and in the perfect location. We were greeted by Nico who was so helpful on arrival and prior to arrival also during our stay. His communication was excellent. The facilities were brilliant. We really enjoyed the roof terrace and the hot tub and Bluetooth speaker were amazing. There was also balconies which were perfect for sitting and having a glass of wine in the evening, watching the world go by. Everything is within close walking distance. The town boasts some amazing restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is simply stunning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was amazing. The host, the location, the property. Nico is very welcoming, friendly and ready to help you anytime. The property is just wow. We used the jacuzzi a lot and the terrace. We will definitely come back and i truly recommend this place.

Apartment was absolutely superb. Pick-up from the car park was smooth, Nico was incredibly nice and very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, drink etc. The apartment was huge and rooftop was great.

We had an amazing first night of our honeymoon at Casetta Zip Franco. Perfectly located and beautiful apartment with amazing terrace and hot tub! Nico was great - we left our car if a private car park and he picked us and our luggage up and dropped us off at the apartment as well as giving us dinner recommendations!

Parking very difficult in town. Private parking a must for overnight stays but expensive. Breakfast quality poor for such nice accommodation
