Very beautiful and nice apartment well equipped you have everything you need. You have a small balcony and a parking in the courtyard, which is a huge plus for Como and very rare. The location is just perfect, not even 1 minute from the Dom and very quiet . So, you can easily walk anywhere. You must know that there quiet a few steps to climb up, nothing serious but just to keep in mind Nic is a very helpful, friendly, and very flexible host and you can always call him. For sure I will go back there, and I can only highly recommend Nic and his beautiful apartment.

Actually nothing!!!!!!!!! But it is not recommendable for older people and people with breathe problems, since apartment is on the second floor and floors have double height of normal ones!!! But this is the only thing. Apartment is just a dream!!!!!!!!!!

Everything!!!!!!!!!!!! Very nice host, welcomed us at the beginning, even carried the luggage. Airconditioning was great, and this was important since apartment is on the second floor, below the roof. Apartment is very modern and has a fantastic bathroom, even with rain shower. Location is great, less than 5 min to the center of Como, right behind the dome. Safe parking, since gate is closed during day and night. Excellent stay!!!!!!!!!!! We come again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional stay! The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within short distance to the lake, restaurants, there’s big parking lot. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in Como

Not really a problem...but 3rd floor apartment can only be reached by stairs so if aged or immobile, not ideal.

Great location right behind the Duomo and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Spacious apartment with a separate room plus the sleeper couch in the lounge...both very comfy and spacious. Modern bathroom.

Everything! the apartment is just amazing and central with a safe parking place. Nic was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. the bathroom is really great and modern. The apartment is just a few meters away from the cathedral and the centre.

We had a very warm welcome! We arrived after lunch time and had to eat. Our host booked for us at a very good restaurant, we feeled immediately save and at home. It isn’t easy to find your way to the good places in an unknown city but we received a little list that was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We tought it was a bit out of the center of Como when we booked, but it’s actually really close and at the same time peaceful because it’s away from the busy streets. The perfect stay! Don’t hesitate :)

Absolutely everything!!!!. Firstly Nic our host was such a wonderfully warm and helpful guy. Gave us thorough and clear instructions on how to find and access the apartment prior to arrival. Very responsive if you need anything. The apartment itself is in a great location. Quiet area and only 3 minute walk to lake and restaurants. Loved that this wonderfully spacious and modern apartment was within an old converted convent. Very cool!!! The apartment itself has everything you need for a very comfortable stay( we had 5 nights). Bed and pillows were super comfy!! Air con was a blessing as it was quite hot. Bathroom was spacious with a really great shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook with if you wish. Definitely the nicest and most comfortable stay we’ve had in our month in Italy. Grazie Nic!!
