The bath was having stain on it , there was no communication between the night /day guests services. I have order a breakfast box due to early departure but was never delivered to me. The entire structure should be secured in the night having the main ramp closed to prevent other people to come instead of advertising the guests to use the inside parking I feel like they are not confident to leave the car on the outside parking lot.

Hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation in the rooms and in common areas.

Breakfast had plenty of choices. Location is out of Rome and quiet.

It seem that this hotel is long overdue for renovation. It bothered me the most in the state of the bathroom and amenities.

The staff was making an effort to help me with my unorthodox requests. At first glance the restaurant at the hotel does not strike you as a fancy place for dinner but the food and the service were more than pleasing.

That the drink in the fridge in room wasnt complimentary

So our suite was almost perfect . My children slept without cuddles. I have 2 problems but i wont discuss it on here . All. Together i would've stayed another night but hotel was fully booked.

The hotel is located in a remote area, with no accessible restaurants nearby. Upon arrival, I was simply given the keys and given absolutely no information regarding my stay or hotel services. The room smelled like rotting fish. I used the shuttle service several times and was overcharged €20 for my room. Furthermore, on one of the days I requested a shuttle, they sent me a taxi instead, which I had to pay for myself and was not covered by my budget. The aforementioned issues, including housekeeping and breakfast service, could all be improved.

Staff was really accommodating and gentle. Room was quite big and comfortable. Parking there is ample space even for large cars.

You don't get much for the money you pay. I believe this hotel used to be 4 stars maybe 15 years ago, but now it's a bit run down. The rooms are very old, the bathroom and the room equipment (e.g. hairdryer, tv) needs serious upgrading. The staff doesn't speak good english. We arrived late in the evening and asked for a double bed, but they gave us 3 singles. The breakfast in the morning was average.

would like to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the room during our recent stay. The room was very old and poorly maintained. One of the chairs was broken, and as a result, my daughter fell and injured her leg. Additionally, the air conditioner was leaking water from the ceiling, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I hope you take these matters seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. The staff at the reception were unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome.
