The only downside is that the building doesn’t have elevator and I have a bad knee. My room was on the second floor and I had to climb to the 3rd floor and then come down to the second floor

Lovely small hotel . close from water taxi the hotel , hotel is close to main attractions and shops There is a restaurant on ground floor and gondola ride service just beside hotel Staff really helpful and polite We had room with canal view Room was enough for 2 people with kettle and minibar,comfortable beds( if you like hard mattress)bathroom small but clean

There's no elevator at the facility - we as a family didn't require one, but it's better to leave this information for other (handicapped) users. Some hallways can be narrow.

Awesome location in the middle of the city center. Very friendly staff, the room had the venetian flair and the roof top terrace was really cute, very much enjoyed a cup of coffee in the morning. The restaurant right at the hotel is a top top choice. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nothing as the problematic stairs had assistance so perfecto!

Everything! Super location between Rialto one way and St Marks the other right in heart of the city! Super coming off Vaporetto straight line no bridges for suitcases added bonus. Stairs at hotel to be expected but lovely chap helped both arriving and leaving. Do take the vaporetto to the airport never have I felt like a movie star!!

Nothing I liked everything.

Beautiful charming old style hotel. The location was great and close to the Rialto water taxi stop. It was easy to find and had very comfortable rooms. There is a restaurant downstairs. The reception staff specifically Aurora were very helpful and kind to me during my stay. I really appreciated this as I had to book last minute. There is no lift however the porter can take your bags up to the higher floors.

Really lovely, traditional hotel right between Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Rooms were lovely, comphy bed, nice bathrooms. Breakfast was good in a nice room on the ground floor. Staff very friendly.

The price/performance is there but pushing the upper limits of the price a bit.

Really lovely place. Very welcoming and the design gets you in venice mood very quickly. The rooms and toilets werent very big but they were sufficiently big. In the middle of venice at such a location, this is normal. The location is amazing! The path to sea busses and airport sea bus is extremely convenient. In a labyrinth like city like Venice, I cannot stress how helpful it was to have such an easy access. Also it was close to both Rialto and San Marco. Really amazing location - couldn’t have been happier.

Rooms were very nicely decorated. A little tight, but lots of charm. There was a rooftop terrace that was perfect for reading in the evenings. The staff was absolutely amazing and very attentive. There were tons of neat things right next to it as well, including an amazing restaurant right outside and an amazing shop with masks and other trinkets right across the bridge. The area all felt very authentic and not at all like a tourist trap. Only a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the water taxi as well so its all very convenient.
