There were self catering facilities but these were fairly limited. Bathroom and facilities overall were clean but showing their age.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early but an early check in was accommodated with no problem. We had an issue with Wifi and the staff on evening reception were super helpful in trying to resolve it. Really handy for Agrigento which was why we chose this hotel. Great view of the beach from our balcony.

how dirty the area was

we pulled early and our room was ready. language was not an issue for check in. Great view. As for the area, it was the same as everywhere. Garbage everywhere, a beautiful country not cared about. I would stay here if I came back.

The breakfast is basic, only a few choices of food, definitely not a four stars level. The shower cabin was difiicult to use, no proper curtain, no place to put the soap or the shampoo. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is by seaside, and we had a stunning view from the balcony. Very nice and wellcoming staff, they change towels and clean the rooms daily. They have secure parking and a lovely pool.

Room was dated…needs updating. They need to put a full size bed or queen in the Large room that has a mini Single bed. The other room had a queen or king but we were 2 sisters traveling. The bathroom was dated. Got there at sunset so couldn’t enjoy the pool. All we wanted was a nice local Dinner out and the Woman recommended a fish restaurant 1 hours Drive away!!! 2 hours of driving and no place to park as it was like DISNEYLAND with children and cars in a bizarre Touristy area. We drove back to the hotel and found an Italian little ok place there. We could not use the breakfast included because we had a 9 am FLT out of Palermo next morning. Overpriced and Customer Service NOT found at the Front Desk. Bad experience.

- no exclusive towels to the pool - bathroom have a really small boxer for the shower that you can barely move - installations are old - staff look tired when you ask for a service

This is not 4 star accommodation! Wifi is horrendous-the majority of the time it wasn’t available or down. Check in experience was near non-existent. I.e. we were given the key & told where the apartment was. 2 out of 4 cook top didn’t work. The oven only just worked but due to the age, was extremely slow to heat up. The shower head continuously dislodged itself making showering difficult The kitchenette was poorly equipped. E.g. No chopping board, no sharp knives (vegetable or chopping), only 1 small frying pan & 1 saucepan with a broken lid.

Multiple cleaners entered the apartment daily to empty the rubbish bin, make beds, vacuum and supply new towels. Large pool. The ocean view from the very large 1st floor balcony. The local Playa D’Or club across the road for authentic Italian clientele and food.

The staff was unfriendly and rude. Special The cleaners. The staff staff should learn to respect the clients. The customer pays their wages. Never, I will go back to that hotel. It's one of the worst places I have been staying in.

Nothing to dislike!

Manager and staff were incredibly helpful when we had trouble with our hire car even taking us into Agrigento ( about 5 miles) to arrange a replacement. Breakfast was good and pool excellent.

Best hotel I stayed at on my trip to Italy. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, I had a great night at the bar across the road and stayed an extra night. I wish I could have stayed there for longer. So nice and relaxing by the pool.

The room was very basic. The hotel advertises 4 starts but it's barely 3 if considered the facilities and services offered. It looks old and not well maintained. During the night it looks deserted of staff, which doesn't give a sense of security to the guests. Clearly overpriced.

There was plenty of parking space. The pool was very refreshing after a long trip. The breakfast was okay, but forgettable. I'm glad that the Airco was working.
