Since we have slept on the last floor, some roof spots are not high enough.

This is a wonderful place to stay, in a beautifully restored old palazzo. Very friendly owners. Comfortable and quiet bedroom. Fully equipped kitchenette with hob, kettle and fridge. Very good ensuite bathroom. An excellent breakfast is included, which is brought on a tray and you can eat it when you like.

No soap in bathroom. I was given a cup to drink with, but was expected to wash it daily… but with what? When I asked the host a question, he said to google it! Not a good answer!

A bit of noise from the lift and other guests using the stairs outside the room but easily resolved with earplugs.

Really nice mix of old and moder. Nice kitchen facilities, balcony and very comfy large bed. All well equipped and spotlessly clean just a short walk from the main square. Would recommend 100%

Not about the property but, if you have car, to park take some minutes to find a spot around.

3min walking from the bus station. The building has a lift, good accessibility. Everything clean, housekeeping service. We select the option with breakfast included and it was amazing. It has a small kitchen with fridge.

The top rooms were a little dark for lighting and ac worked mildly but otherwise very comfortable spacious room that worked very well for us. Our other family members room was even better with nice sunlight and balcony. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in historic area of Teramo, lovely historic building. Great attentive and kind hosts. Loved having the kitchenettes.

My room required to access the toilet area by leaving the room and taking two steps (a short distance).

My room was amazing with a separate room with dining table and full kitchen including an oven. Sleeping area was excellent with part of the wall showing very old original brick. Air conditioning and plentiful outside air accessibility. Finding the entrance on a small side street needed Google maps and the garage had just enough space for one more (my) vehicle. Being able to leave the packed car for several hours after checkout in at the garage with door closed was a bonus. Having elevator access to the rooms was an added bonus when traveling with luggage. Finally, a complete breakfast was brought to my room and placed outside it on a table.

Quirky old building, very well updated. Comfortable room with 2 lovely small terraces overlooking the roof terrace. Great spot in the centre of Teramo, with secure parking which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Couldn’t get Coffee machine to work. Shower screen is hard to open close and bathroom is tiny in single room.

Small family run hotel in old town has been lovingly restored. Has an elevator which is handy although last floor to single room is stairs. Friendly manager.

Advisories really: arriving by car is tricky. Best to park up outside the old town and find the property, which only has a small sign. Smaller cars recommended. Upper rooms are only accessible by stairs.

Great value and near the centre of town. Off street free parking. Friendly and helpful host who speaks English.

The apartment was well located a few minutes'walk to the historic centre. Apartment was well appointed, with lots of space and meticulously clean. Host was very accommodating and informative. Bonus was secure parking within the building and the elevator. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Teramo.

The room and the building are very nice, all very clean and spacious. There are stairs, but you can use the lift. The breakfast was very good, they leave it next to your door at the time you choose, and you have it in the kitchen into the room. Moreover, they offer you a coffee when you arrive. The people who receive you are very kind and can speak English fluently, so it's not a problem if you don't speak Italian. The building is very close yo the center, you just walk 2 minutes and you're there. They give you a discount for three restaurants in the city. Very good place to stay!

Only downside with the room upgrade was that the toilet was outside the apartment,. Ok for our exclusive use but not really suitable for use at night by elderly guests!

Position in centre. Free Garage parking great with access from within. The original Medieval house was brilliantly restored, kept lots of original features. Other decorations used were sympathetically done. Proficiency of host…. Gave annotated map with restaurant recommendations etc. Provided breakfast for us in room.. good quality and quantity. Accomodation was a revelation….. contained a separate kitchenette ( fully equipped) and a huge terrace overlooking an urban garden ( well tended) The host ( who was the architect responsible ) was erudite, charming and always around. The lift he managed the incorporate into the design was very useful.

There was a/c but it was in the kitchen area. It probably would have been better placed in the bedroom area.

Beautiful building very close to the centre. There were a lot of older features in the building. The rooms (bedroom and kitchen) were spotless. There was access to a private bathroom right beside the room. There was a small balcony also, the majority of the other buildings were locals' apartments. Very nice!

During our stay there was a big heat wave in Italy, and the AC was barely managing to keep us alive.

The room was really good looking and we had our own kitchen and balcony available too. In terms of location, the place is perfect, right in the middle of Teramo's old town. The area is super beautiful. You can walk everywhere. The train station is also quite close. We've really enjoyed the breakfasts, served right up to our door. One night we had to go out early and the host provided us with breakfast the day before so we could still get something to eat in the morning.
