It was a bit dimly lit and something wrong with the shower but apart from that it was fine.

A perfect location to stay in and a lovely rooftop to have breakfast each morning.

The air conditioning in our room would turn to 32 degrees after 2 to 3 hours.. it would wake up us up thru the night sweating, to turn it down.

Great location. Close to everything you will need. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with views out over the road. Handy rooftop bar.

The rooftop views are gorgeous... however they pack people up there like sardines when it's dinner time. Felt like we were sitting on top of the people next to us. Early breakfast on the rooftop is the way to go!

I enjoyed the rooftop breakfast area and the unique aesthetic of the hotel room. Staff were accommodating when my rooftop reservation was double booked - they offered me a free breakfast in exchange for the mixup.

It is a gothic style but it was a more dull and tired. Room felt like a prison cell. Lots of lamp lights but heavy dark curtains meant they barely lit the room. Shower was stiff to use and the water didn't drain well. Wardrobe door was missing a handle and couldn't be opened. Receptionist brought a bag of bits and used a key ring for it. AC doesn't exist. It's a fan grate on a window ledge. Didn't cool the room. We pulled the curtains back as far as we could and opened the windows. There was an air flow but also street noise.TV was positioned on top of the high wardrobe at an angle. You'd have to lie on the bed and look to the right to see it. We didn't bother, so no idea if it works. The roof restaurant is owned by the same company but managed separately. We asked reception if we could have a drink there... We needed to ask the staff in the restaurant. They are usually booked out. We asked the restaurant about breakfast, in particular gluten free options .. they said ask reception. Not guest friendly. We were on the second floor. There is a seating area outside the rooms. We were disturbed late at night by guests from the restaurant (on the fifth floor) having a party there. Twice. We didn't feel comfortable. It was a disappointing stay. Staff weren't unfriendly but neither did they engage unless you asked something.. no hello's. There's an area in reception with glass doors and a large statue in it. But, there was always things stored there.. boxes, scooter...

Location was great. Central to the old part of Rome. Lots of history, restaurants, bars, cafes, small shops right outside the door. Not too noisy with windows closed. Nice view of roofs from one window, other was an internal view.

I suppose the decoration was a little dated and not to our taste. However some people would love the gothic look.

The property was close to many attractions and a lovely part of Rome

The room we had was quite noisy at night, the air con needed to be switched on every 3 hours which meant broken sleep so wasn’t ideal and it didn’t have coffee/ tea facilities and the reception staff weren’t very friendly

The location was good and the rooftop bar was good and staff at the roof top were nice.

Very old furniture and I would like the rooms to be lighter.

The location is perfect-a moment and you are in Piazza Navona, you walk 5-10minutes and get to Sant Angelo then another 5-10minutes and you are in San Pietro. The area is very lively and you feel safe. The hotel interior is like a museum , but furniture is old like Rome😂Anyway, the best part is the breakfast in the rooftop. Love it❤️

The location of this hotel was great. Only a couple hundred yards to Piazza Navona and tons of restaurants within a very short walk, to include other sites like The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. We used a taxi for the Colosseum and Vatican. The room was quite cozy (I.e. small) for 3 people, but we managed. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, but the a/c took a while to cool the room and turned off when you are out of the room. Still a great place!

Near the room was a bathroom accessible to external guests using the restaurant on top of the hotel. Some noise from the restaurant too.

Location was very good, property clean and well maintained.

Roof top bar and restaurant is expensive. Old building so elevator may need repairs. Was out of action 1 day of our stay.

Clean room and cool decoy. Comfy bed. Large wardrobe with safe inside. Great location to explore the Rome. Elevator available to all floors.

There's nothing to really dislike. It's a basic hotel, so if you want pools, gyms, conference rooms etc don't stay there. The bar is pricey compared to others, and the breakfast isn't anything special.

Location is perfect - sat just off Piazza Navona, a few minutes from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Seemingly equidistant between the Colosseum and and the Vatican. We've stayed there twice, and both times picked it on the strength of its location.

Fabulous location near all tourist attractions. Rooms are gothic decor which is a bit different, good natural light put poor artificial light at night. Spotless clean, comfy bed and reasonable breakfast. The terrace is lovely on a nice day but watch for the giant Seagulls. Pleasant stay and would recommend.
