Room looks a bit worn and old - maybe bedding could be freshened up? Not a big issue.

Good instructions on how to find it - you'll go to their reception and then they'll help you with your luggage to the actual building where you sleep (I was in a different building but I don't think all rooms are). Either way they send you clear instructions. Reception were super helpful. The room itself is a bit old but it has everything you really need. AC works well, it's quiet enough, I slept well each night. Rome is just a very expensive city so the price is absolutely fair enough. They also cleaned the room daily which I didn't expect but really appreciated.

The place could use a bit of maintenance, touching up the paint and such especially in the bathroom. Another not very convenient fact was that the check-in location and the residence isn't in the same place but a 5 minute walk away. There wasn't a kitchen or a place to make coffee or just sit and chil.

The decor of the place is beautiful.

The room is not really next door to where you do the check in and check out so if you have a big luggage may be an issue considering the Roman streets. The room’s key needs a special touch to work

Bed was slightly hard and lumpy. Rooms were in a different building. Would have preferred to have a choice to stay in the main hotel.

Great and quirky decor for Rome. Exactly as the photos show. Powerful shower. Good selection of soaps and shampoo. Spacious rooms. No noise outside.

When we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for us to the airport, they said they had had a transfer limousine service that they could arrange for 70 euros or we could find a taxi line on our own and pay 50 euros for the taxi. We paid for the limousine service to be safe but we were very dissappointed when a TAXI picked us up…

Some of the fixtures were a little worn down, and the shower curtain was a tension rod that fell on me when I closed the shower curtain. While the front doors into the lobby area was fairly secure, the doors to the individual rooms seemed to be secured by extremely simple single bit keys (with as far as I can tell, no unique cuts), which raises some security concerns.

Location was amazing, and the rooms had a very fun “kitschy” faux renaissance vibe. Rooms were clean, and AC was comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind, and allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk when we arrived early in Rome.

Location is perfect, you are in the heart of Rome. Pantheon is 2min from you. Room is more than great for that price.

It will be much better if there could be a suitable place for the electronic kettle use with some cups. It can improve the service perfectly. It will be much better if some hooks are fixed in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

Great location, the room is fabulous and very impressive. it is like a classic museum, we stay in the room as if we enjoyed its Rome vintage style of the room ornaments, decoration and its a unique beauty. I love it very much. We feel very comfortable to stay in such a room. We will come back.

This royal palace certainly has its drawbacks. The ancient windows apparently haven’t been changed since that time, which of course plays the role to the atmosphere, but is not entirely compatible with the realities of life in the city center in the 21st century. We were lucky enough to stay at the hotel on a Friday night and spent half the night listening to the cheering crowd outside the window as though they were right in our room. The amazing experience provided me with thrills and fascinating nightmares due to the constant screams and noise, I dreamed of some kind of natural disaster, where everyone was yelling and panicking

Exceptional interior design with insane amount of art. The whole environment seems to be enveloped in the spirit of antiquity. The feeling as if you were transported to the 14th century and are visiting some royal person at the palace. Breakfast on the rooftop is separate type of pleasure- breathtaking view and really tasty and wide options to eat

The room is extremely badly isolated, I had one of the worst sleeps in a long time due to noise of people coming and going out so be sure to take ear plugs! Shower pressure was low. Room is relatively dark even with all the lights on. Actual room is located a few minutes walk from the hotel where you check-in.

The location is central which is great for exploring Rome. I loved the room style and it was clean.

The room was way darker than expected, the photos on the website are a lot brighter . Despite that, the room was cosy, and we enjoyed the medieval vibe.

The position was incredibly convenient, close to the centre, and great amenities, like local restaurants and caffes. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place has a really nice terrace where they serve a nice breakfast.
