Unfortunately the air con broke when we got there. I know they were trying everything to fix it.

Nothing really. My husband thought the room was a little warm overnight, but the air con was fully functioning. It was Florence in August so … 😅

We wanted a traditional small hotel in the centre of Florence and ADDB was just what we wanted. Tucked away on the 4th floor of a side street just around the corner from Santa Croce. Convenient check in times, lift access, pet friendly but no sign any pets had ever stayed there as so clean :)

It had all the charm you could want. So much character and old world feel with modern amenities. Amazing rooms, bathrooms and complimentary snacks. Incredible breakfast in the beautiful shared space.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff we so friendly, helpful and were in communication with us before we arrived, checking our arrival time to make sure they were there when we wanted to check in. Breakfast was amazing. We would highly recommend staying here and i will definitely stay again when I return to Florence.

We got such a warm welcome from Kira! It made our stay and experience absolutely enjoyable. Her kind suggestions help us to navigate through Florence confidently and efficiently! Not even mentioning the fact that she called a taxi for us when we were lost on the way to the hotel. We loved the interior design, fancy and delicious breakfast, creative and inspiring atmosphere. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that we were not able to get the air conditioning going so the room was hot.

We really liked the staff—everyone was helpful, pleasant, and always smiling. The room itself was quite spacious, with high ceilings and a large bathroom. Although the windows faced the street, it was very quiet at night and we didn’t hear a thing. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. The room was nicely decorated and felt more like a home than a rental, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—we were able to reach everything on foot. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was absolutely amazing. There were both sweet and savory options, along with coffee and tea. Everything was delicious, and we could tell the croissants were freshly baked in the morning 🫶🏻

Good location. Appartment are stylishly decorated, I feel like nobleman few centuries ago, only a parrot in a cage missed :) Perfect breakfast with pistaccios croisants.
