A charming house right in the center, comfortable, all facilities properly functioning. Giulia, the host, is a charming lady, helpful, providing various information. There are a lot of things for breakfast, you cannot eat them all! WiFi is fast and reliable. The shower is great, you do not have to wait for hot water. The air con is also very good. A nice courtyard to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. And very quiet. I only me other guests once. Grazie mille, Giulia!

A bit hard to find without internet but wr just had to open our eyes.

Every thing was excellent. Particularly the host and her helpful friendly attitude. Breakfast was particularly good with a coffee pod of exceptional quality.

Parking isn't available and when I went out the small alley was so crowded of trucks that was not easy to come out and carry my lagguages into my car . Please also take care to add the light bulb to the lamp at the table !

I would have loved some fresh pastries and fresh milk for breakfast but I can see the convenience of the packaged goods and current breakfast arrangements and there was fresh fruit available.

An exceptional host, really helpful, kind and warm with excellent English. Though the property is very antique and interesting, the interior rooms are modernised with comfortable underfloor heating and modern bathroom. Good air quality and super quiet a night!

this tíme we had a room on the the second floor with windows facing the inner yard and there was such a constant noise there , really enoying during the night , it was like from some machine , may be generator ?

The concept for the breakfast is a little strange because everything is in the bedroom. However wee could find everything to have a sweet breakfast. For us, it worked.

This hotel is really special. The room are comfortable, clean and beautiful. The location is perfect because it is in the centre and all the services are just around the corner.

Nothing to dislike

This accommodation is very different to traditional B&B’s in a good way. Great reception from the owner on arrival. Shown to our room personally and given a full explanation of the accommodation and the surrounding area. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast Continental Style and a self service arrangement. On the landing area is a small kitchen area with Tea and Coffee making facilities. There is a refrigerator which has a series of plastic boxes. Each box has the breakfast contents for each room. Contents were good for a light breakfast - Yoghurt, Croissant, Fruit, Juice. The accommodation is a couple of minutes walk from two main squares. No parking on site but ample public parking within a 5 minute walk.

The only thing that we would suggest - the room cleaning should be on demand, especially for such a short stay. We didn't expect it (because it's not a hotel and the breakfast is self-served). And we were not prepared to find our personal staff moved and rearranged. We appreciate the effort but we think it was not necessary.

It was a wonderful acommodation for our 2-nights stay. Very convenient location for both Malpenza Airport and a day trip to Milan. It's in the center of a cute little town, also worth visiting. The train station is about 10 minutes walk. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, very clean and nice. We didn't have a chance to use the terrace (due to the weather) but it must be also charming in the summer time. There is a common kitchen and self-served breakfast available for every room, which we found very nice and convenient. The host, Julia, is wonderful and making everything possible for the guests to enjoy their stay.

This is a hidden gem in Milan. Since we were arriving late, the host arranged for self check-in and provided clear instructions. The room was in excellent condition, we'll furnished and comfortable. The entire complex is beautiful, as advertised. We would gladly stay here again.

I came across this place by accident, looking for something to stay during an exhibition, and was very positively surprised! From the outside you would not expect a lot, but once you get into the house, everything is nice, cosy and quiet! For breakfast, there was a kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine, etc. and every room had a box in the fridge with yoghurt, butter and fresh fruit. Cereals, bread, croissant, marmelade, etc. where available in the room. If you expect fresh bread in the morning, you will be disappointed, but I loved the way everything was arranged. I had a great breakfast with everything that was available. So thanks a lot Giulia for being such a good host!
