We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If I had to be picky, it would be nice to have a coffee machine if not least a kettle for making hot beverages.
On duty Staff was very helpful. Plus the property is very thoughtful on managing customers’ experience.

It is next to a (busy) road, although that did not cause nuisance. The wellness is supposed to be without clothes, but this is not check. So many people don’t get naked. This is annoying for both people who prefer without clothes as the once who prefer not to go without, but still like the sauna.
Very nice hotel, with an excellent restaurant and (in theory) nice wellness. The shuttle bus of the hotel is easily accessible and the ski bus stops in front of the hotel. The view on the mountains (from the road side) is very nice.

The location is very close to all the Sella Rondo starting points, the hotel itself provides a shuttle bus to the Dantercepies and Col Raiser, but it is also very easy to get to Ciampinoi by local skibus. Very good breakfast (eggs accorging to your any wish), best coffee machine, excellent multi-course dinners, good choice of wines and if still needed, bar open until midnight. Together with a friendly approach, we just enjoyed our holiday and came back home really relaxed.

Loved the AMAZING food, the modern decor, the spa and ski room, plus the cherry on top was the wonderful on call mini ski-bus service which we could call on anytime. Which means we could get down Dantercepis slope, call the service and be home in no time. This hotel and the service provided gave us a wonderful holiday time. I would go back anytime! :)

We have been to many places in the Dolomites, but ArtHotel Anterleghes was the best accommodation we stayed in during our holidays. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Erik, who put our experience on another level. The rooms are very clean, the wellness is perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was perfect and the "afternoon cakes" were good after a day's sport I recommend ArtHotel Anterleghes to everyone who is looking for accommodation in the Val Gardena area

Water in one of the outside jacuzzi was bit to cold. Shuttle bus of the hotel was limited for delivery to all ski lifts in the valley.
Very friendly staff - especially Claudio in the restaurant.

The room was super clean but the sofa for the third person was small for a big person. The location was at a walking distance to Selva, but the walking is not pleasant, no side walks on the way.. But the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. so convenient to hop in-out with ski boots.
The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. We highly recommend you to stay on half board basis. The quality and the variety of the meals, the staff of the restaurant were top quality. The room was super clean, housekeeping was doing a great job. T

It would be nice to have a Nespresso machine or something like that on the room.
Nice spacious rooms with balcony. Comfortable and clean. We booked half board. Good breakfast and nice 5 course diner. Bus stop for ski bus right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay!

we had a problem with the heating in our room, escpeciall in the first two days, since my wife is very sensitive to cold, the hotel did not solve this problem quickly. they did not give us another room, or solve a problem in a fast way. this problem with the coldness was a bit hassle for our vacation.
we like the dinner very much, and specially i would like to thank our waiter Claudio, he was a great host, especially to our son. also the convininece of shutle bus is great, and beside that you have a ski bus station right in front of the hotel door.

We didn’t have water and glasses in the room
We loved the mountain view from the balcony and how clean the room was. Saunas part of the spa were also nice! Staff was nice and helpful.

They switch off the main sauna at 6pm even if the spa closes at 7pm
Breakfast and dinner were exquisite, every staff’s member was always available, friendly and professional. Cleanless on point. Little afternoon snack was appreciated. I’ve been in a superior room that was definitely stunning but the standard one is just a bit smaller but as cool as the superior.
