- Spacious room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, great shower - AC was working perfect and quietly - A true locals-owned business: We were hosted by a mother and son, and they were absolutely lovely. Gave us all the tips about the area, and recommended restaurants, beaches, and tours. - Special shoutout to the mini travel guide the host provided: great information with personal touches — much appreciated! - Location: It's not in the most touristy area, so it's quiet, but just a 5-minute walk to the main square, restaurants, bars, and everything. - You can park right in front of the building for free — a great surprise :) - Breakfast was through a voucher at a nearby local café. They have plenty of basic options: great cappuccino, orange juice, panini, and cornetti. - Beautiful and authentically decorated - We didn’t use it, but there was a fully equipped shared kitchen

Property was in perfect condition felt brand new. Really clean and the breakfast in the local cafe for which you receive vouchers was very tasty. A special word for our host who couldn’t have been more accommodating. The hospitality was some of the best we have ever had.

We had such a warm welcome by Giuliano and his family. Very friendly and helpful, they made our stay absolutely unforgettable. We’ve got a pick up from the airport, as well as transfer to Zingaro and back. We’ve learned about the local life of Castellammare. The appartment is lovely, recently renovated, spacious and comfortable. Shared area with a little kitchen is very beautiful and useful. We would 100% recommend Annicru, if you look for a great place to stay and heartful hosts!

I believe Annicru’ Affittacamere is one of the best places that you can stay in Castellamare del Golfo. Our room was spacious, very clean, new and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and clean, air conditioning was working well, there was a small fridge, nice wardrobe and a balcony too :). We stayed there for 11 days and didn’t experience anything negative. We always found a spot to park our car even though it was August which is the most busy month. Common places in the hotel were always clean. Nino and Stefania are so helpful, very responsive when you reach out to them via a call or message, always checking if you need something or not, informing you about the things you should know. They are doing their job very professionally with their kind and friendly attitude. If we visit Castellamare again, this place is the first one to check for our stay for sure. Thank you so much Stefania and Nino!

Everything was amazing. The hosts were so nice and helpful. The family really went above and beyond and were so helpful in many ways. The hotel itself is lovely - it's modern, well-located, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved our stay and will definitely be back :)

I liked very much that the building stands out as a newly renovated classic Sicilian house, with excellent planning of the rooms and the common space, everything done with high quality materials. Especially I liked the communication with the owner Stefania and her son Giuliano who are very knowledgeable about the area and are very friendly.

The premises are totally new, spacious and are done with style and thought. The building is located at an optimal point in the center of Castellmare del Golfo, so one can park his/her car easily and walk o key one minute to the pedestrian zone. Also it is worth mentioning that one can also see a very nice green hill from the building which is a typical landscape for the park of Zingaro.

Owners gave us beach umbrella for free, also provide transfer from and to the airport by their own car for free and they were very kind and generous.

A wonderful, new and very clean apartment. Decorated in a modern style. A few minutes walk to the market square with many restaurants. Mrs. owner and her children - a helpful and wonderful family. Shame we only stayed 3 nights, but if we return to Castellamare we will definitely stay there!
