Very warm welcome, felt like home. Room was very good value, comfortable, ideally located close to metro, trains and buses. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

It's not that I did not like the place, it's just that the place is very old, my room balcony leaded to a non atractive back of the house and some beggars are always around the property and you have to pay 0.50 Euro to use the elevator. Another thing is that, if you are American, don't expect to find you typical breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausages.

I liked how close it was to the train stations and areas of entertainment. If you are an adventurous person, this place is ideal for you.

Air con in 106 was not as good as the one in 104. Took a long time to just make the room slightly comfortable. Kids loved their stay in 104.

Proximity to garibaldi station, old city and good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff and breakfast host were most welcoming and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms.

When i book the hotel it was clear that there was a free taxi transfer from the airport, but when i asked for it they offered a private ride for 60 euros. I didn't take it.

the breakfast room is not big enough to host contemporary all the guests. So, the staff organize previously a time schedule to be at the table. Very good choice for food and drinks, with different home made cakes and jams

The room is pretty dark. There is no a table to work on the laptop, nor a chair to sit. In the shower, you must wait a few minutes before the water gets warm.

Anna and her family are very nice, friendly and hospitable. The location of the hotel is very convenient - 5 min walking to the main train station and very close to the historical centre.

Big room with comfortable beds. Shower water pressure is good too. Breakfast included Ms Anna's home made cakes which were great! Very friendly and nice people.

It had some really loud guests, door slammed at all hours and loud talking. It was hard to get a good night's sleep.

Close to the main station. For travelling around Napoli is good, but the main station is the perfect spot for pitpockers.

Very Basic so as expected. Although good location, finding the B&B was not easy as Taxi driver could not locate it so had to drive around a few times.

Very basic room, clean and convenient location to Naples main train station. Due to a late flight arrival we stayed one night before catching our train to Sorrento in the morning.. Breakfast was included but very basic.

Due to being located near the station there were many homeless and criminals hanging around.

When we arrived, we were in shock, the entrance was descasting, like an old, dirty garage. The room was fine, but the bathroom shower was extremely small.

friendly and helpful staff, just off a side street near the central station. Many f&b choices nearby and a short walk from the historical centre. Easy to go on the metro as well if you need to go further. Staff on duty was always helpful with whatever needs you have, hot water, printing of bus tickets etc.

Breakfast mainly consisted of sweets, just a couple of cheeses or sausages. They had yougurt as well. But I am happy that they did provide the breakfast at all

The staff was very friendly, showed us around and walked us to our room. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us available in a break room which was very nice as well. The room was spacious, had this Italian feel to it. Definetaly enough space for a couple and since we stayed only for a night, it was a very good location next to the train station.

Host is nice . Room is big and clean. Help yourself free coffee , snack and tea. Close to the airport bus station.
